Ok before I get into the info part of this log I wish to type why I am doing this (for you all to see and comment on and for me to look back on in times when I feel unmotivated)

In 5 days I am moving to an apartment with my 3 best friends to start school at EMU (they are all going to a community college because they aren't as smart as me.) This all starts with me wanting to best my friends. The three guys I am moving in with are in peak physical shape and 2 are packing I am thinking around 8 inches (drunk people flash more than I would like.) I don't know how to word it right but dammit I want to beat them whenever I can. I am not calling my friends dumb or me brilliant, but I have the egde on them in the area of intellect. But that isn't enough for me. Why only have that when I can have MORE? College is a week away and we will have parties and sex will be happening, and I want a piece of that cake (or pie, should I say?) And I will be competing with my friends for it. And they have the edge. . For too long have I watched as they all get women while I sit there wishing I had the confidence they have. I want that edge. And PE can give it to me in exchange for hard work and determination. This isn't as shallow as sex either. I have a OVERWHELMING tendency to quit when it gets tough, and that lifestyle has got me nothing. Terrible physical shape, no sex, no job, no confidence in anything. I am sick of that life. I want more. So I am motivating myself. A complete overhaul of my life. Out with this do nothing attitude. And PE is going to be my foundation and my test. PE works. This I know. Look at all of the people who have gained from it. All it needs is effort. Determination. A real drive to do what you must in order to achieve your goals. I think I have this motivation. Achieving my PE goal will cement this mindset of "I can achieve anything if I put my all into it." And that is a good mindset right now.

Wow...sorry about the rant but I needed to straighten out my thoughts and see for myself why I am doing this.

Ok I want to gain confidence more than actual physical gains (I do want those too) and there are two ways for me to gain it. One is by learning to master myself. I have read up on learning to control yourself to the point of ending sex whenever you wanted to. That is a power I want more than anything else PE can offer me. Having the power to last as long as I want would boost my confidence into the stratosphere. Now lasting forever in sex is great but that isn't everything. I know this. But knowing I can last forever is a great thing.

I do what to get a bigger and healthier dick. Who wouldn't? As of right now I am of average stats with amazing EQ and I could walk away now and have an average sex life. But as I have mentioned, to hell with average. Having a bigger dick would boost my confidence, which is what this is really about. Now I do not want a 10 inch by 6.5 inch monster cock. It is overkill. Bringing a bazooka to a knife fight will definitely get the job done, but a pistol would work just fine and without destroying everything. So I will set realistic gains that will be achievable under proper discipline and effort.

Ok onto my stats

NBPFL : 4 inches now but varies between 3.5 - 5 inches depending on mood and temp.
NBPFSL : 6.25 inches
NBPEL : 6inches approx.
EG : 5 inches at least gets a bit more similar to FL.
EQ : 10 when fully aroused (I'm an 18 yr old boy what did you expect?)

My Ultimate Goal:

NBPEL : 7.5 inches 8 inches max
EG: 5.5inches 5.75 inches max
Any gains to flaccid length and girth are certainly welcome

Now I don't think I did the BP measurements right because it hurt to push down too much on my pubic bone so I might redo them but I think at max my dick is those values NBP so i will put them as NBP.

I am going to get the Betterman Package of the Jelq device and the Penimaster extender for sure so I am going to incorporate them into my work out when I get them. I will not be getting them until a couple days after Sept. 3rd at the soonest.

Now according to the TGC theory (of which i am a staunch supporter of) my tunica is the limiting factor so I will be incorporating that into my routine as well. And idk if this matters but my LOT is 6 (and DAMMIT! if it does)

I have a few days until I can start my routine so I want to get some things straightened out first. So I have some questions:

1) What should I do in my routine? I know I warm up for 10 minutes everytime but could someone who is experienced help me make a routine modified to suit the TGC theory (more stretching) and the two devices I am getting. I want maximum gains in the least amount of time so I need to fine tune my routine and I am not a guru at this so I would like the help of those of you that are experienced.
2) Would it be wise for me to get some Enlargel as well? I was looking into the Betterman offer of stretcher+jelq+3 month supply Enlargel and it sounds good but I want input from other Pe'ers before I go for the Enlargel.
3) What lube should I get for the best jelqing. Non fragrance if possible.
4) What supplements should I take for a PE AND body building routine?

These last two aren't really meant for this forum but I know you PE'ers are knowledgible people so I will ask them here. And don't comment on here PM me.

5) I don't eat healthy at all right now and in a few days I will finally be in control of what I eat and I want some input from some of you on some healthy things I can eat. I think I saw a post on here about healthy foods and I will find it but any more input couldn't hurt.
6) I wish to start working out to get in shape (tired of being chubby!) and I know some of you here know a lot about body building. So I need help with setting up a routine for it. I am completely out of shape (no endurance) and the apartments I am moving has a fitness center with as far as I know treadmills and dumbbells so I want to create a work out around those.

I EAGERLY await the help I know you people will give me.

Oh btw if a moderator is reading this I am going to turn this into a Progress log so feel free to delete my old one (it failed anyways)

Ok so after looking on here and thinking about it, I have came up with my own routine.

10 min Warm up (could be a shower and hot washcloth, bed fowfers etc.)
Manual Stretches (the basic ones) 3 sets
10 minutes of jelqing
Cool Down

This is going to be going along with fowfers and kegels throughout the day. After a couple weeks I am going to start doing A and V stretches because I need to stretch my tunica so I can grow.
