Default Nihil's Log

So, here's my log. Sorry if i'm not very talkative, but english is not my mother tongue; and though i can read it quite easily, i'm not so good at writing in english.

First of all, my starting stats (in centimetres, sorry for that):
BPEL: 14,6 cm
EG: 10,5 cm

I'm 26, 1,86m tall and I weigh 69 kgs.

I don't care at all about how my flaccid unit looks. What i want is more EL and, above all, more girth. These are my goals:

BPEL: 17 cm
EG: 12,5 cm

I would appreciate comments about how realistic these goals seems, and how much time it could take considering my first results. I just have 3 weeks of newbie routine (plus some ulis) behind me. I measure every week:

W1
BPEL: 15
EG: 10,6

W2
BPEL: 15,3
EG: 10,7

W3
BPEL: 15,6
EG: 10,7

PI: erections harder / veins much more visible (but no injury, i'm careful and not overtraining)

I think my lenght gains are quite good compared to other beginners. But, as I said, I'm especially concerned about girth, and i've read that many people fail to enlarge their penis in this direction. Anyway, all i have to do now is continue the newbie routine and see what happens.

Also, i fear a little bit the moment when my length gains will stop, for i now that my unit can't grow 3 millimetres a week endlessly. When do you think it will happen? In 2 weeks? 2 months ? Do you think that when my lenght gains will stop, my girth gains will take off?

Thanks for reading me.

Well I am no guru at this but in I think there are a couple reasons you could plateau in growth.

1) The body learns to adapt to stress. What most exercising is straining muscle cells so that they break down. The body then repairs them bigger and stronger to guard against injury. PE is no different. You are slightly injuring your penis, but your body repairs it bigger and stronger each time. but your body gets used to a routine after awhile. Ok a good example: I play guitar, and strings wear down the skin on your fingers. After a good jam session my fingers used to hurt. But now my body created callouses to guard against that. Your body will adapt so that the routine you are doing will do minimal harm to your penis. No harm, no gains. So if you switch around your routine, there is a chance to catch your body off guard and gain a little bit.

2) The TGC theory. It makes sense, read up on it. It is stickied under General PE. It's related to 1.

And if changing your routine doesn't work then you might want to consider a decon break. You take a while off of PE so that your body becomed deconditioned to Pe work outs. And then you start up again and take your body by surprise, which equals more growth. Now I am no expert, but I would imagine that each decon break would yeild smaller and smaller gains each time, but it is a possible way to kill a plateau. Little gains are still gains.

My theory on the reason girth is harder to gain is because it is much harder to stretch the tunica horizontally than vertically. You can pull your dick straight out but I know of no exercise that can stretch the tunica to the sides in a manual stretch kind of way. But it isn't all bad news. Anything that would put put more blood into the dick than it is use to carrying will stretch the tunnica in both ways. Thus why jelqing is an all around workout.

Hope that helps.

Default weeks 4 and 5 report

Hi everyone. I'm still on the newbie routine, here are my new measurements:
W4: BPEL: 15,6 EG: 10,7 (no gain. tired and stressed)
W5: BPEL: 15,8 EG: 10,8

I don't gain so much than i used to the first weeks, but i think it's because i've got so much work and i'm very tired at night. So, it's hard to get a rock hard erection like i had on W2 and W3. They were nearly painful, but have decreased a little bit since.

I've read the TGC theory, and measured my BPFSL after a warm-up: 16 cm. Only 2 mm longer than my BPEL. So my tunica should be the limiting factor, but then why is my EQ only 8 or 8,5? Because i'm tired? Mmmm, maybe. But i don't think i would have found a bigger difference between my BPEL and my BPFSL 5 weeks ago, and it didn't prevent me to grow. Maybe for some people there is no limiting factor, and both their tunica and smooth muscle grow altogether?

I'm just a newbie anyway, so it's too early for me to think about these kind of questions. I just have to follow the newbie routine, and see what comes.

Maybe i'll make myself a home-made jelq device when my 90 first days will be over. Had anyone used one successfully? Is it effective for girth gains ?

All advices welcome.

Default

Week 6
BPEL: 15,8 cm
EG: 10,8

Week 7
BPEL: 15,8
EG: 10,8

Is it the end of my gains? So soon?

F***.

Maybe I'm gonna try 250 jelqs a day for the next week.
