New Revised Routine
10min warm up (hot rag)
10min stretching (short, high intensity stretches in every direction)
100 4 fingered squeezes (someday I'll be able to use 8 fingers)
5 min jelqing (overhand grip)
5min semi-erect v-jelqing
I know that I was going to see where I was in two weeks, but after much thought I've decided to change to a slighty more intense than my previous one. After all of the reading I've done the past few days, I feel that a routine like this will better suit me in the coming weeks. I've just had two days of rest, so I'm going to be able to start this one very fresh.
