I had a somewhat decent workout today. My EQ fluctuated quite a bit. My stretching and jelqing as usual were fine, but during my edging session I could not maintain the good quality erection that I'm used to. I finally turned on a little entertainment, and my boner was back.

I edged my way up to BPEL 6.5 inches today. I'm not sure whether or not this is a good measurement, but I will check again tomorrow.

My three months are up. I'm going to take a week off from exercising. Here is my final measurement: BPEL 6.45 inches EG 4.6 inches.

I want to thank the PEGYM for all the support and advice!!!

Hi Jayhawk11...very nice gains.

I am intruiged into edging and ballooning at the moment as these are aspects I have never really looked at. Do you think they are a big factor on your gains? And do you find that you can push past your currect erect length limit by edging? Even if just for that session?

They are a huge factor in my gains. I give a lot of credit to edging for most of my gains. Your penis should be it's biggest and hardest when you are about to reach the PONR. By edging you stay at that level for long periods of time. About a week and a half ago, I was edging and my erection was so huge, that it felt like my penis was going to explode!!

Wow, sounds good! So do you edge straigh after your workout or an hour or two later? Do you think it matters how long you edge for and if you can overtrain if you do too much? I think I may give it ago tonight!
