I finally came up with a new routine. I will implement this tomorrow and cut my break short for fear that I will lose my will to exercise
Routine:
10 min warm up (hot rag on my penis and groin, and a rice sock on my perineum)
10 min streching (up, down, left, right with helicopter shakes inbetween)
8 min wet jelqing (3-5 second strokes)
8 min v-jelqing (regular and sideways)
30 min edging
100 kegels every other day
I will exercise 2 days on and 1 day off. When I feel that I am ready I will exercise 3 days on and 1 day off.
I will also make sure to keep my penis plump throughout the day.
