After three sessions on the new routine I am loving it, seeing pretty good plumpness and hang most of the day. Also seeing very good vascularity last night after my session. I feel the edging is really good also and is good for reaching 100% erection which can now be a 9/10 sometimes.

Have definately gained 0.5" in length over the past 2 months also, just need the girth.

Will measure in 3 weeks time and see if any more gains, hopefully a small amount of girth but cant really complain at 0.5" gain in length.

good work bro.. i just joined last night and a little skeptical about starting.. just not confident about what kind of routine i should start with, or if this works. but seein your gains really makes me want to get started! this threads a real big help man.. probably to a lot of others too.. keep it up!

cheers dude glad i can inspire others. il be updating my log every two weeks or so hopefully i can show some more results at the end of july.

my main advice would be to not do too much and be patient

3 months gone now. Didnt enjoy the stretches from JP's routine so just gone back to basic stretching, however loved rotating stretches so stuck with them. I am currently on my first porn detox week because of loss of wood and EQ. Managed my first PE session without porn - was not easy, had to jerk a lot to get it back up. Girth gains = 0. Length = 0.75" after 3 months. I am kegeling after every routine. I think I need to edge a lot more because this seemed to help.

My girth looked bigger the other day whilst gettin a BJ and generally seems more plump but as of yet the tape measure says 0 gains. I have added flaccid bends and kept V jelqs. Will keep this routine for 2 months.

My camera was being rubbish so cant put up pictures but will try again soon. Please feel free to add comments to help out people especially on girth gains.

Also when people only qoute an EG figure are you using the fattest part (the base for me) or the middle or top? If so I need to change my signature you see.

New routine

Strech down x 3, out x 3, up x 3 30s each stretch
10 rotor stretches after each 3
2 x 30 JAI stretches
Windmills after each set of stretches
3 sets of up, down, let, right flaccid bends (2 fingers moving up each time) for 20s
30 Slow Jelqs
10 V Jelqs
20 Slow Jelqs
5 V Jelqs
30 second Uli
30 Dick and ball stretches

Ok, so been speaking with PhibbysHammer a lot and have taken some advice for some girth gains. I have decided to split my routine to a normal workout followed by a girth workout the next day and so on. Hopefully this shoud aim at producing some girth gains and also will keep interest levels up as can get bored of the same routines.

New routine 1

Strech down x 3, out x 3, up x 3 30s each stretch
10 rotor stretches after each 3
2 x 30 JAI stretches
Windmills after each set of stretches
2 sets of up, down, let, right flaccid bends (2 fingers moving up each time) for 20 seconds
40 SLOW Jelqs
2 x 15 V Jelqs
2 x 30 second Uli

Routine 2

Will go for a 15 minute warm up here as opposed to 10 for routine 1
4 set of O bends at 25 - 50% erection 20 secons each
150 Jelqs
2 x 45 V Jelqs (total) swapping hands between each set.

Did my first girth routine, found it difficult to maintain desired erection level for the whole session but still managed the whole routine. I added 3 x 30 second ulis at the end. I wont do them in routine 1 now just routine 2. I found that O bends work better when lubed up and kind of enjoyed these though wasnt sure what i was supposed to feel and where. I may move them to just before ulis i am thinking.

I have a good flaccid and hang with plumpness which is nice. Will do kegels and edging later. I will report back in a week or so to see how the routines combine

Had a week off but it seemed to no good really so I am back on it now but with slightly modified routines. Swapped flaccid bends for O bends and moved the Uli's to the girth day

New routine 1

Strech down x 3, out x 3, up x 3 30s each stretch

40 SLOW Jelqs
2 x 15 V Jelqs

Routine 2

Definately enjoyed the second routine, got the o bends wrong but will remember for next time. The uli's a the end are really killer and i can feel it my penis. Quicker jelqs work better for keeping erecion level i find.

The week off looks like i lost size and vascularity. Wont be having another week off for a while thats for sure. Will measure in a month and see if any girth added then. Bloody hope so

Man i must be overtraining then. I do uli and horsesqueezes for like 10 mins - series of 30secs. Still got to try O bends.
Maybe I'm spenting to much training. Step by my progress log and leave a tip if you feel like. I'm doing almost 1 hour per work out.
Good work anyways! Say no more to week breaks. If you feel you need resting, rest at max. 2 days.
