3 months gone now. Didnt enjoy the stretches from JP's routine so just gone back to basic stretching, however loved rotating stretches so stuck with them. I am currently on my first porn detox week because of loss of wood and EQ. Managed my first PE session without porn - was not easy, had to jerk a lot to get it back up. Girth gains = 0. Length = 0.75" after 3 months. I am kegeling after every routine. I think I need to edge a lot more because this seemed to help.
My girth looked bigger the other day whilst gettin a BJ and generally seems more plump but as of yet the tape measure says 0 gains. I have added flaccid bends and kept V jelqs. Will keep this routine for 2 months.
My camera was being rubbish so cant put up pictures but will try again soon. Please feel free to add comments to help out people especially on girth gains.
Also when people only qoute an EG figure are you using the fattest part (the base for me) or the middle or top? If so I need to change my signature you see.
New routine
Strech down x 3, out x 3, up x 3 30s each stretch
10 rotor stretches after each 3
2 x 30 JAI stretches
Windmills after each set of stretches
3 sets of up, down, let, right flaccid bends (2 fingers moving up each time) for 20s
30 Slow Jelqs
10 V Jelqs
20 Slow Jelqs
5 V Jelqs
30 second Uli
30 Dick and ball stretches
