i have been reading the TGC theory and am thinking of altering my routine. My erection can vary from a 9.5 to a 7 so that is a bit confusing. my BPSFL is almost the same as my BPEL. Therefore I think i should be doing more length based exercises with flaccid bends and compression squeezes and 40 - 60% erection level on my jelqs.

Do flaccid bends have the same effect as O bends?

i must say since ive been doing more girth exercises my length has stayed the same and my girth has increased slightly. Im wondering if i modify my routine slightly based on the TGC theory will I gain length and girth?

I will change routine next week I think and add it to my log and do two months on Remek and Iguanas theory. I will post results as and when.

Help with the two questions above will be appreciated though from anyone

New Girth routine

200 medium paced jelqs 40-60% erection
50 medium paced v jelqs 40-50% erection
1 & 2 finger O bends for 25 secs left, right, up, down
2 horse squeezes 1min each
50 reverse hand jelqs 40-60% erection
3 & 4 finger O bends (as above)
2 horse squeezes 1min each

After my routine I must say that I can really feel it in my glans and just below my glans. I think I shall treat horse squeezes with caution however they do feel pretty good.

After the girth routine I had very good hang and plumpness today which is always a good sign. I am mixing it up between 2 days on and 1 day off and 3 days on and 2 days off.

Must remember to kegel more on the same day as I do PE. Im gonna try fowfers in bed tonight also and see what these are all about. Length routine will be added tomo, just gotta figure it out.

Yup. Got my own log.

Ok, length routine finally.

10 mins rice sock
45 sec basic stretch in nine directions followed by 15 sec tunica tug in nine directions
15 rotor stretches each way (hard)
2 x 40 JAI stretches
3 sets of internal stretches 20 secs each
Penis and lig stretch x 2

I have just had a week off and dick still seems bigger so I am hoping to re-start with some more gains, hopefully 0.25" in length and girth by Xmas.

Even my girlfriend has recently made comments about my dick being 'big'. I know it isn big but it does boost my confidence a lot.

I must remember to kegel three times a week because I always forget.

Complete new routine.

GIRTH

10 min rice sock
