| In doubt so started a log
week 1 routine
10min warm up
3 sets of basic stretches
10 min jelq
60 light stretches pullin balls and dick in opposite directions (read it on MOS website)
Found that my flaccid length and girth was improved for the full first week. Also noticed strange whitish ring at base of penis which i think is from stretching. however, from reading lots of articles i modified my routine slightly as below:
week 2 onwards
10 min warm up
2 sets of basic stretches with 20 JAI stretches in between each set
10 min jelq
40 dick and ball stretches as above.
I also do 50 kegels about an hour after. I have noticed lots more cum and a bit more distance on the squirt, this could be from the edging as well though. i dont seem to have any effect on morning or night wood which is disappointing.
I found after this week that my flaccid is turtling a lot this could perhaps be because I have been ill (man flu) and sometimes happens when im ill. i routine has been 2 on and 1 off all the way through so far. both routines i do helicopters after my stretches which seem to make flaccid look bigger. I am concerned that my first week flaccid gains have stopped. Anyone got any ideas? Maybe i should go back to the first week routine?
I am also unsure of intensity to use on basic stretches and intensity of jelqs. I recently found a copy of MOS DVD online which has a slightly different routine with some rotor sretches in as well and some basic stretches where you strech toward the bum cheeks as part of the basic stretch routine. I feel there is too much information and am a little stuck.
I will measure at the end of each month and attach photos also.

| 1 month results

Went back to first routine, ditched the JAI stretches and started jelqing with a lot lighter grip and upwards, have been getting a lot better flaccid hangs all day, do about four sessions a week with three off roughly, the days off are really helping to see growth. By the look of the pics I have actually made small length gains but nothing on girth as of yet.
Have started using the other hand to hold the base when doing stretches this seems to be helping also. I also only do 2 sets of stretches now instead of 3 but stretch behind me as well. I am going to carry this routine on for another month and post the results again.
BPEL = 6.25"
EG (top) = 4.75"
EG (base) = 5"
Total of 0.25" gain in erect length after 1 month. Have also noticed better angle of erection and can be a bit harder sometimes but am not noticing increased morning wood.
