My BPFSL is around 1 inch less than my BPEL (Cant tell exactly because I am uncircumcised)
According to the TGC Theory it means that I must concentrate on Tunica exercises (If I got the theory right).My program should be made from 30% girth-based and 70% length-based exercises.Is that correct and do you think that I should add more lenght exercises?
By the way I am having difficulties determing my LOT so I stretch both in very high and in very low angles.Which means streight down, right down, left down, streight out (9:00), streight up, right up and left up (30 seconds hold, with 30 seconds rest).
