Day 3, Session 3
I have completed my 3rd session today and things seem to be going well. It feels like my EQ has improved which is likely a result of the kegelling that I have been doing whilst sat at my desk at work.
After I had completed the session I blew my load again and it felt a lot bigger when it was flaccid for a little while afterwards.
Before I did my session,
I almost lapsted in to my old ways, I was extremely close to just going to bed without doing my routine... then I snapped out of it!! I remebered the reason that I was doing PE.
If I miss one session of PE, it will turn in to two, then three... and then 3 months down the line I will wish that I had stuck with it. I could be snug in condoms this time in 3 months time!
I have a few questions about doing the jelquing:
- I have been doing 1-2 second jelqs, so thats reasonably fast I guess. I find that my concentration goes if I go really slow. Is it much more beneficial to do slow jelqs?
- How tight should I be gripping. I would say I have been using a medium grip.
- When I'm jelquing should I kegel to make my penis really hard, or should I just go with 50% which seems to automatically sustain it's self?
