Hi all, I've just done my routine again.

Upon completing my routine I looked at my penis in the mirror and it was certainly looking bigger and feeling thicker than it did a week ago.

However I looked down at it that very moment and it looked SHORTER than it usually does. Because my penis is longish and thin it usually looks really long!

Either it's looking shorter because shrunk in length..... or it's got wider (*hopes*)?


I do have one small concern that I would like clarifying:

My penis feels softer from the base up to 1" and then feels a lot harder the rest of the way up. Is this normal or should I also be concentrating a little more on base? It's my base girth that is the main issue when it comes to condoms.

Hello!

I've done my routine tonight.

I added some flaccid bends at the end of my routine, at about 60-70% erect state with fingers at base:

2 Fingers - Bending down
3 Fingers - Bending Left
3 Fingers - Bending Right
3 Fingers - Bending down

...each one for about 10 seconds each.

Hey everyone,

I thought I better post an update so that I don't lose track of things.

Since my last post (two weeks ago) I have been doing the following routine:
  • 10 Minute rice sock warmup, hot but not burning.
  • 3 x Stretching Up then against left thigh and then the right thigh whilst doing 25 kegels. Reasonably hard, bordering just before the point of pain.
  • 50 Wet Jelqs with Lube (about 60% Erection level)
  • 50 Wet v Jelqs with Lube ""
  • 50 Wet Jelqs with Lube ""
  • 50 Wet v Jelqs with Lube ""
  • 50 Wet Jelqs with Lube ""
  • 50 Wet v Jelqs with Lube ""
  • 3 x Three finger flaccid bends. Down, right, left. (about 40% Erection level)
  • 2 x Three finger flaccid bends. Down, right, left. ""
  • Sometimes I do a warm down, I must become more consistent with this.
  • Kegelling about 200 times and then holding a few times for as long as possible

I decided that I would do some measurments of my unit just for the hell of it. I'm not sure whether I measured properly the first time, because my measurments seem a little bigger now. I think I've gained a little bit at least:

03 Nov '09 (Current):
BPEL: 6" 6/18th
EG Tip: 4" 4/16th (4.25) [ 4" 8/16th (-4/16th") ]
EG Mid: 4" 6/16th (4.38") [ 4" 8/16th (-2/16th") ]
EG Base: 4" 8/16th (4.50") [ 4" 8/16th (+0/16th") ]

FG: 3" 8/16th (3.5")

Previous Measurements Oct '09:
BPEL: 6" 4/16ths (6.25")
EG Mid: 4" 3/16ths (4.19")

SUPPLEMENTS

Today I received in the post some l-lysine (1000mg) and l-arginine (500mg).

From now on i'm going to take the following daily:
  • 1 x l-lysine (1000mg)
  • 1 x l-arginine (500mg)
  • 1 x Multivitamins
  • 1 x Vitamin B Complex
I also have some Ginkgo Biloba which I'm not sure if I should pop in there aswell?



That's everything for now. Thanks for taking the time to read and I would love anyone to comment on my progress with any advise etc. etc.

Some nice gains there, Cult.

Start taking the Ginkgo as well. I've been taking Gingko Bilboa + Ginseng for a couple of months now and it really helps with keeping the circulation going.

Hello all,

In the last 4 days I have been edging after my routine at night and it feels fantastic to get to so close to the PONR then stop... my cock was nearly bursting and I was tingling with pleasure. I have never seen my Corpus cavernosum so engorged!

Also, I'm on day 2 of taking l-arginine and l-lysine... how long do these things usually take to have some effect if any?

Finally, I've started warming down after my routine. It makes my penis feel a lot softer. I can literally feel my penis thanking me for the warmth to soothe it.

I started to notice a bigger flaccid after about 2 days and harder erections after 4-5 days.

At what time of day have you been taking the L-arginine?

Hey Bmot,

Did you notice these improvements purely from the supplements do you suspect?

I have been taking all of my supplements in one go... either lunch time or just before bed.

What time is the best time to take them?

I'm almost certain my sudden increase in flaccid hang is down to the L-arginine. It was too sudden to be related to my routine.

I take all of my supplements in a morning, straight before breakfast. It might be taking longer to get into your blood stream because you're taking them on a full stomach.
