I thought I better post an update so that I don't lose track of things.
Since my last post (two weeks ago) I have been doing the following routine:
- 10 Minute rice sock warmup, hot but not burning.
- 3 x Stretching Up then against left thigh and then the right thigh whilst doing 25 kegels. Reasonably hard, bordering just before the point of pain.
- 50 Wet Jelqs with Lube (about 60% Erection level)
- 50 Wet v Jelqs with Lube ""
- 50 Wet Jelqs with Lube ""
- 50 Wet v Jelqs with Lube ""
- 50 Wet Jelqs with Lube ""
- 50 Wet v Jelqs with Lube ""
- 3 x Three finger flaccid bends. Down, right, left. (about 40% Erection level)
- 2 x Three finger flaccid bends. Down, right, left. ""
- Sometimes I do a warm down, I must become more consistent with this.
- Kegelling about 200 times and then holding a few times for as long as possible

MEASUREMENT
I decided that I would do some measurments of my unit just for the hell of it. I'm not sure whether I measured properly the first time, because my measurments seem a little bigger now. I think I've gained a little bit at least:

SUPPLEMENTS
Today I received in the post some l-lysine (1000mg) and l-arginine (500mg).
From now on i'm going to take the following daily:
- 1 x l-lysine (1000mg)
- 1 x l-arginine (500mg)
- 1 x Multivitamins
- 1 x Vitamin B Complex
I also have some Ginkgo Biloba which I'm not sure if I should pop in there aswell?
