So tommrow is my offical measurement day i am excited to see what gains i've made because my unit is looking a lot bigger than it was at the start of my journey. so im hoping to see some good gains tommrow
Also added some stuff to my work out
shower for 5-10 mins = warmup
1 round basic stretch 45 sec each
up,down,left,right a stretch 45 sec each
diaginals up and down basic strech 45 sec each
40 rotary stretches
500 2 sec. jelqs
finally edge for 5-10 mins
then warm down with hot towel 5 mins
taking 2400 mg of omega 3 per day even on off days
also taking protein shakes after i work out in the gym
