So i took a flaccid measurement yesterday because i was lookin a bit larger than normal and i measured it three times i measured 7'' once and 6 15/16''s twice so that is a 1/8'' gain since the last measurement! i hope i can continue like this! i am still waiting to claim 7'' BPEL though not quiet their yet

new update on girth. I havent taken any measurements on girth for a while but it feels like my unit has been thickening up. It looks a bit bigger but it seems to hold a lot more blood if that makes sense like it seems heavier lol but anyway i will be measuring on the 4th again once a month keeps me motivated because i look forward to seeing some decent gains every time and thus far i've made some pretty decent gains hopefully i can keep them coming

oh also i have made my routine a bit more intense lately here it is
5-10 warm up in the shower
basic streches all directions for 45-50 seconds
a streches at 6,12,3,8 o clock 45 seconds
basic strech diagonals 45-50 seconds
50 rotatry streches (25 clockwise 25 counterclockwise)
600-620 jelqs
edge about 5-10 mins
warm down 5 mins
also kegals randomly during the entire routine especially during jelqing probably adds up to about 100 ish

Good news i measured a flaccid stretch 3 times yesterday i was hitting 7 1/8'' i didnt measure bpel but thats a big plus my more intense stretching sessions have obviously been paying off.
Well anyway also some bad new kinda.. my girl decided to look through my history on my computer the other day and found the pegym and some other things that made her kind of upset. So i told her my reasons for doing p.e. I started p.e. because i am 18 years old and was having some erectile disfuction which is really weird but not any more any way then i told her that i had also gained some girth and length to which was pretty unexecpected but i like it and she responded kinda badly to it calling me weird and the whole thing weird idk i don't think i will stop though because i really like what i've seen so far and i view it as working out my body just like working out my biceps or chest same kinda thing if you put hard work and dedication to it they will grow so i really dont see why i would train my body and not my unit to after all its part of my body isnt it? so anyway i dont really know how to make her feel better about this and i told her i didnt want to tell her because i felt embaressed that i was having ED at 18 i mean that shouldnt really happen right? and then she responded well its fixed now so why dont you stop and i responded with the statement i said earlier about working out. but anyway if anyone could help me out i'd appreciate it i mean the way i view it is am doing this for my future wife as well as to prevent any further ed and just because i like the post work out feeling also it has heightened my sensation while having sex so over all, only good things have come from p.e. except for her getting upset. Lastly though i also thought of it this way if, i dont plan on breaking up with her anytime soon but if the event does happen and i stop p.e. then i'll be pissed off because i stopped and by that time i could have had a much larger unit and i might even have e.d. again and god knows i dont want that shit so i think i will continue for myself because it's just like working out to me it relieves stress and its kind of a hobby and it makes me happy that i am doing some thing proactive to better myself

JohnSmith, I'm a lot older then you and as you have already learned, some of us "older guys" have issue(s) with ED. I have to say, at 18yrs old it's a little young. You must have a lot of stress!! That is something you may want to address.
I'm not here to preach...I started PE because I was looking for a natural way to bring life back to my unit. Didn't want to depend on drugs!! My wife doesn't know what I'm doing(PE). The reaction you received from your girl friend, is one reason I don't tell my wife. I don't believe she will understand. You already heard it, weird, freaky. For me, stealth has worked(2 yrs), it's not something I'm proud of, but it works for me now. I will deal with it, if and when she finds out, something like you had to do.
I'm surprised by her reaction, maybe she's not the "right girl". After your explanation, I would think she be a little more supportive, it did come across like she wasn't. Also, you didn't mention why she was looking through your computer.
One last thing, you need to do what is best for you!! If your girl is unhappy about what your doing...keep it to yourself. Some times, people can't handle the true. What they don't know will not hurt them! If this girl is "the one", she should be supportive, understanding. She doesn't need to know all the details as to how your helping your ED, just that your doing something that is as natural as working out.
Keep us posted on how you make out. Best of luck with your PE, should you decide to stick with it!! I'm glad I did!!

Thanks McB i appreciate your insight on this matter well the reason she was looking through my computer was that she had left her phone at my house in my room and she wanted to get on facebook or so she says then she used my google toolbar to type in something and apparently the history tab poped down and she saw some porn and a a link to like thundersplace cause i was reading some info over there and she has seen porn before on my computer and it was only a little bit i just use it to edge or relieve some stress when i dont get some. But yes my ED has come pretty early on but i was a heavy drinker and smoke a lot of weed for quiet a while as well as being under heaavy stress with starting college and i was in some trouble with the law all things which i now know lead directly to my ED so i have stopped drinking so much almost completely quit smokin weed and my charges have been lowered so my life hasbecome a lot less stressful over the past few months which is possibly why i am seeing such improvments this quickly as well as regaining an average of an 8-9 eq daily

Well JohnSmith that explains a lot!! Glad to here your trying to clean yourself up. Not preaching kid, but stay way from the drugs..as you may already know...its going to lead to TROUBLE!! I'm not a fan of drugs, seen to many people waste their lives and loss their life too! As for the drinking, try to quit, if you can, it not healthy for you and it could bring some un-wanted trouble. This I can speak to first hand!! Correct it before it becomes a problem. As for smoking, its getting to be a expenive habit. For health reasons again, try to quit.
Listen kid, I'll be around here if you need, feel free to reach out! Not just me but some of the others too. We can help if you want/need it. We all have different experiences to share, hopefully they will help you. Must important, stay straight!

New development okay so when i first started P.E. i had no LOT it tugged in all directions but now i am getting LOT at 5,6, and 7 so what does this mean in terms of stretches should i start streching only upwards because i still really feel a great stretch even when i stretch downward but some input on this topic would be appreciated thanks

For LOT 6, I think stretching upwards and out is more important. However stretch in all directions like in JP's routine.
