Good news so i went ahead and measured a few times yesterday length wise and i am hitting 7'' consecutivly now in my flaccid stretches also my girth looks much bigger than ever before still havent taken a new girth measurement yet but i am inching closer to my goal! literally lol hopefully by the end of next month maybe even the month after i will be able to hit 7'' bpel as of right now i am not sure what i am at bpel b/c i want to wait until the 4th to give offical measurements idk what that 7 1/8'' was though i must have been really warm or my ligs were loosened up or something b/c i cant hit that like i did but i am sure in time i will get it again but for now i am happy with 7!

So my current routine is this

10 min warm up
basic stretch all directions
A strech left right up and down
strech diagonals ( all stretches are 45-50 secs long)
50 rotatry stretches ( 25 each direction)
doing about 600-610 jelqs
a few random warm down stretches
every 2nd pe work out i edge for 5-10 mins and have stopped cumming because i think it affects my EQ the next day and ive been trying to keep eq as high as possible
5 min warm down

Last day of my 2nd month of p.e. so i went ahead and took measurements since tommrow will be an off day.

BPEL 6 3/4''
BPFL 7''
EG 5 1/4''

well thats another 1/8'' on girth and 3/16'' on bpfl decent gains this month every little bit counts!
these small gains will hopefully eventually turn into large ones!

Oh also i started taking 1000mg of L-Arginine a day about 2 weeks ago and i have been consistanly taking omega-3's about 2400 mg a day since i started

So when i started p.e. my unit was much larger at mid shaft then at the base but the base of my unit has definatly increased in girth as well as the rest of my unit but it is starting to even out its about 1/8-1/4'' smaller at the base and im sure when i started the gap wasmuch larger than that so thats a good plus

hey guys whats up its been a while since i posted but i took about a 4 day break from p.e. because it seemed to me that my unit wasnt getting any negative p.i's but it wasnt really feeling worked out that much anymore and my routine is already pretty intense for a newbie and i guess i was getting some neutral p.i's like maybe i needed some rest so i gave it a few days.
so i came back today and did a work out for some reason my unit looked smaller to me but when i put the ruler up to it to my surprise i had actually gained like 1/8'' flaccid length! i didnt take a bpel or eg measurement but i guess what phammer said about off days literally being growing days he was right! so anyway back to the routine i think ill throw in a few more off days here and there because maybe 2 on 1 off is a good program but maybe every now and then maybe twice a month a 2 on 2 off routine might do me some good.

Well i have good news and i have well... kinda bad news? anyway
the good news is that last night me and my girl were going at it and she started telling about how it felt like it was going so much deeper which in my head was a good thing.
But then she started saying that it was kind of hurting her so i am not really sure what to think about this? also i dont plan on stopping but it kind of demotivated me i suppose but i will keep on keepin on! lol im in for the long haul

So i'm back with another update i havent measured my unit yet this month but it seems to be a bit larger i'm not sure though i guess ill just have to wait until i measure again to be sure but i find myself looking down sometimes and not even looking at the same unit that i once had it seems so much larger and veiner i just would like to say thank you PEGYM! even though i was comfortable with my size before i am loving this and i dont plan to quit any time soon! i was a bit skeptical at first but after only 3 days i saw a difference and from then on i was a believer hopefully my growth wont stop anytime soon but it it does i will soldier on! im in this one for the long run guys ; ) Also my new measurements will be posted up on the 4th hopefully ill see some gains.

hey guys john here just completed my 3rd month of p.e. so i have to say this is freakin incredible really. Although this last month i wasnt as persistant as my other 2 months missing quiet a few days because of school/work special occasions but i still have managed to make some good gains this month.

My updated status is this
Bpfl (7 1/8'')
Bpel (6 15/16'')
Eg ( 5 1/4'')

So this month i have added 3/16'' to my bpel
1/8'' to my bpfl
and my girth stayed the same this month although i am going to make sure and take another measurement tomrow
i have seen some huge gains in girth since the begining and i think it is a bit bigger than 5 1/4'' but ill have a better tool to measure my unit tommrow i have to use a really crappy string today but ill have my tape tommrow anyway so decent gains for this month will maybe add some advanced techniques in within the next month or so im still seeing gains from the my newbie routine so i might go one more month then add some advanced excersices in.

yes thats just under 1/2'' in length
then i gained 1/2'' in girth
and my bpfl gain was 9/16''

Hey, John and RockOfFox. (I'm posting to both of your logs.) I'm just realizing that you guys have been with PE doing similar routines to what I'm doing right now and you're both right around the 90 day mark which is what I have committed to.

I just wanted to say that both of your gains represent hope for me. Very encouraging. I enjoyed reading through your logs this morning, and I'm inspired.

I'm shooting for 7X5, emphasis on girth.

Keep up the good work.
