Okay i am amazed at what has already taken place with the small but encouraging gains ive seen thus far. So i offically started august fourth but ive been doing PE for a little over a week. Last night a had a very encouraging statement made by my girl. She doesnt know i am doing PE but she made a comment like wow are you getting bigger? i havent really seen any actualy errect gains but my erections are much harder and i have no problem staying up after orgasim so i am thrilled to see these simple improvements. Also in the flaccid state i am larger than i was at the begining of this. I plan on taking it one day at a time and continuing my journey through PE but i believe being content with small gains will eventually lead to large ones, just my enthusiam to keep myself motivated.

My routine has consisted of

about 5-10 mins of letting the water run in the shower then
about 10-15 mins of streching in the shower all directions about 30 seconds a strech then
25 rotary strectches
then about 10 mins or 300 or so jelqs each day and i have been doing the 2 day on 1 day off routine that is so advocated here.

but i hope my small improvements already can keep some guys out there motivated as i was skeptical of this at first but now i am seeing all this is very possible thanks a lot guys =)

okay so its been 5 days now since i offically started PE and ive noticed a much more vascular look already with a few new veins coming up my shaft so this seems like a postive PI to me since more blood flow to the penis is obviously good. also my flaccid length has improved since starting i havent taken any measurements yet. I plan to go about a month then take measurements. but it already looks longer and thicker. and i love the feeling i get after workouts because i usually go work out at the gym first hop in the shower then do pe so my whole body is like completely relaxed its awsome ; )

okay so it has been about 2 weeks since i started PE and i have seen already a 1/4 inch gain in flaccid length and 1/4 gain in BPEL kickass im definatly going to keep this up

It's good to know that someone is having such gains this early. Keep it up. With time, you should add new exercises to you own routine, or vary them. Good job!

okay so i have added a few new excersizes to my routine because i felt like the beginner routine wasnt giving me a good enough work out. I'm still getting postive P.I.s so i dont think its a problem that ive only been P.E.ng for like 2 weeks

5-10mins warm up ( shower/bath or wet towel)
stretch all directions 30 seconds each
4 A stretches at 12,6,9,3 o'clock
strech down left down right up left and up right
then 400 wet jelqs
5 mins warm down with wet towel

like i said still getting positive P.I.'s from this routine so i dont see any problem with continuing it.

any advice or comments?

oh i also have been taking 2000 mg of omega-3 fish oils every day since day one once in the morning then once after i pe or on off days before i go to bed

well its been a while since i've made my last post but today i had some more encouraging news. Me and the gf were going at it and during our session she made a comment like wow you really have gotten bigger in terms of gerth i havent taken any offical measurements but i will soon i think at the end of the first month i will make take new measurements for girth and for length again so hopefully i will have added at least an 1/8 inch to girth if not a 1/4 ill keep you guys posted ill measure in about 6 days so that will be interesting =). also i have followed the program fairly well in my opinion ive done the 2 days on 1 day off routine although there was 2 times i took 2 days off because i felt like i might have overtrained a bit but so far no negative p.i.s i also had to take 3 days off because of starting college and getting used to my new routine but im back the normal 2 days on 1 day off so this month i had a pretty solid consistancy but next month im hoping i can make it even better.

GREAT NEWS!!! okay so my unit has been looking much larger latley and even my girl said that it looked thicker. And its been about a month since i measured girth and i wanted to wait until sept. 4th to measure so it would have been exactly one month but i couldnt wait anymore so i went ahead and took a unwarmed up just regular erect measurement and it was at 5 1/8'' !!!! holy shit thats not even after a jelq session and thats almost 1/2'' CRAZY lol im so fuckin pumped right now i think that if i were to measure after a work out i would probably hit about 5 1/4'' this is not my offical measurements those will be on the 4th but damn i am fuckin excited wow this shit really works. so that means that i have added more than an inch to my penis in length and girth in just under a month although i still have yet to make offical measurements on length and girth those will get posted on the 4th
