10 minute warmup
5-10 minutes stretching (left, right, up, down, 25 kegels on second set)
10 minutes wet jelqing
20 minutes edging
also did about 100 kegels during the day. Felt like I coulda jelqed for a lot longer. Also, hard as a rock during edging.
