10 minute warmup
5-10 minutes stretching (left, right, up, down, 25 kegels on second set)
10 minutes wet jelqing
20 minutes edging

also did about 100 kegels during the day

Workout went very well. Hard as a rock during edging session.

Now to do 30 minutes of bed fowfers or whatever they're called.

Off day today. Going to do some warming up with a hot wash cloth before bed though.

Weight training seems to have helped, since it teaches you dedication. And still bein g in high school, it can be hard to get a PE workout in without suspicion, lol

Welcome to the PE gym! I think that first orgasm after a few weeks of PE was one of the most amazing and immediate realities that penile exercising works. It might not have been weeks but just days, can't remember. I felt the exact same way..."holy shit!"...thanks for the reminder and laugh.
