10 minute warm up with a hot washcloth
10 minutes of stretching
15 minutes of jelqing
20 minutes of edging
jelqing is gettign better, as i'm not getting erected as easily.
Not sure if i'm doing quite enough jelqs though. I do approx. 5 second jelqs for 10 minutes...
should I increase the number I do?
