Thanks guys! After blowing my load last night, it seriously shot out. I was holy, "holy shit!"
but anyways, the workout today consisted of the same:
10 minute warmup
5-10 minutes stretching (left, right, up, down, 25 kegels on second set)
10 minutes wet jelqing
20 minutes edging
Did about 200 kegels as well. Going to probably start that beginner to intermediate kegel program.
edit: currently on 2 days, 1 off. After 3 months I'm going to bump that up to 3 days on, 1 off
