I had fairly good success with length when hanging weights years ago. I am now using Saiyan's pipe clamp and really like it (except when I put it on too quick and pinch the skin!).
In fact today, as I was in a hurry to head out the door to shop with the girlfriend during a weight hanging session, I just pulled off the weight and left the clamp on my penis under some baggy shorts for about and hour. I noticed a couple things:
1. It held a bit of a stretch between head and base in the clamp.
2. It lightly squeezed the shaft, swelling up the head.
3. Had a very slight weight to it so was stretching a bit as I walked around.
Have no idea of doing this on a regular basis would help or not, but could be in the right direction.
I am still liking the effect of jelq personally but the weights do seem to have the best lig pull for me.
Lastly, I am around 5.25 to 5.50 in girth and the 3/4 inch clamp is just snug enough. The skin near the base sometimes pinches so may move up one day but for now is a good clasp.
