1inch for me please
Firstly, hello everyone out there, certainly gained more knowledge from this site than any other.
So the deal is I am moving in with a few mates in 3 months which will make PE'ing pretty hard so I figure if it is ever going to happen the time is NOW.
I have been half heartedly jelqing for a few months, thought if I kept a log it would keep my interest going.
I have devised a routine for the first couple of weeks that I can always change if I am not happy with something, I am going to experiment with the times that I do the exercises, instead of doing one big long session I plan on doing 3 smaller sessions aday (morning, lunch, night). Theory behind this is it gives the penis time to get back to 100% after each exercise session, I am blessed with the time to be able to do this. My routine to start with is pretty similar to this:
Monday - 20min Bathmate, 60jelq, 40kegels, 10min stretch, copters
Tuesday -20min Bathmate, 15 towel kegel, 10min stretch, 50jelq, copters
Wednesday - 20min Bathmate, 60jelq, 15towel kegel, 10min stretch, 40kegel, 30 jelq
Thursday -15min Bathmate, 15min stretch, 15 towel kegel, 65 jelq, copters
Friday - 15min Bathmate, 15min stretch, 60jelq
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - 100jelqs, 15min stretch. 15 towel kegel, 40kegel
I bought a bathmate after reading a different site that swears by it, not much mention of it here. Adds to be concerns about it being no good but I don't see how it could hurt as I should still see some gains from the other exercises.
Keep in mind I have been jelqing a bit so this shouldn't be a total shock for my penis, hopefully.
I am also going to get the blood circulating around my body by going for a few quick runs during the day where possible.
Have no supplements at the moment apart from a boring multivitamin so might have to invest in something else there, might get on the green Tea and peppers too.
