Default The misadventures of Mr. Sneakypants

Hi All:

Mr Sneakypants is mainly interested in girth, with a starting measure of 6.1"x4.6"
Getting to 7x5.5 would really be ideal, any more than that and his girl might not like it so much. He's doing JP's beginner routine and has two sessions done, but will be changing from sets of 150 jelqs and 90 vjelqs to a more girth oriented 120 jelqs and 120 vjelqs. Does that sound reasonable?

Also, Mr. Sneakypants hasn't experienced any soreness after two sessions what so ever, does that mean he isn't squeezing hard enough on the jelqs or some other technique problem?

Log follows:
10/21/2009
10 min warmup with hot washcloth
stretches in each direction with 25 kegal holds
3 sets of 50 jelqs and 3 sets of 30 vjelqs, alternated
5 minutes warm down hot washcloth
100 erect kegals

10/22
10 min warmup with hot washcloth
stretches in each direction with 25 kegal holds
10 helicoptors clockwise and counter clockwise
3 sets of 50 jelqs and 3 sets of 30 vjelqs, alternated
no warmdown due to privacy

...so today is an offday, but Sneakypants plans to do 200 kegals...

So what do you guys think? Is this appropriate for a PE newb like Sneakypants?

PhibbysHammer didn't get sore at all during the first few weeks either, so that's just a nice response you should enjoy.

Phibbyshammer also thinks mr. sneakypants has a decent routine and should see gains within the next 2-3 months.

Is Mr. Sneakypants, confusing "Helicopters" with circle stretches?

Indeed, Mr. Sneakypants was confusing the two. He has never done helicopter shakes, but will work them in properly tomorrow.... He is also very thankful for you spotting the mistake, JonPop.

10/23
200 1-second kegels (100 erect, 100 flacid)

10/24
10 min warmup with hot washcloth
stretches in each direction with 30sec holds
helicopters in both directions
10 circle stretches in each direction
3 sets of 40 jelqs and 3 sets of 40 vjelqs, alternated
no warmdown again due to privacy

Seems like the regular jelqs move a lot more blood than the vjelqs
