Well, i have just startet my PE'ing yesterday (Have done a little jelqing the last week, but nothing serious).
I am counting on doing PE every other day.


I think that this is what my 90 day program will be:



20min. warm-up with rice-sock

----In the shower---
10min. pumping (I have got the bath mate)
Stretches. 2 times in each direction: down, up, right, left and straight out (hold for 30sec, then 5sec break)
---Out of the shower---

About 10min. wet jelq (Using lotion, but I am bying baby-oil tomorrow as i think it is better)
10min. warm-up with rice-sock again



Please, do write if you more experienced users has any kind of tips.

I will keep you all updated.

Okay. I have been PE'ing for a week now, and just measured today.
I'm still the same length and girth when erect, but i can see big differences when flaccid. To bad i didn't measure in flaccid state from begining.
I will try one more week with the same program, and measure again 7/11-09

As i did the program, i found it easier to switch the stretching and the pumping, so i now first do the stretch for about 7min., then pump for about 10min.

Now I measure:
BPEL- 7.2"
EG- 5.6"

I want to measure:
BPEL-8.0"
EG- 6.0"

So i have quite a journey in front of me, but with a little patience, i will eventually get there

Well, today is the 7th, and i measured my morning wood, I have grown .2" girth, wich is the good thing.
The bad thing is that I have lost a bit of EQ. I dont get as hard as I used to

I think this means that i will stay off PE untill I get a good EQ, right ?
Maybe do some edging while Im on the break ?

Or should i continue my routine (PE monday, wedensday, friday and sunday) And just add some edging on the off days (tuesday, thursday and saturday) ?



Need a little help from som more experienced ..

Okay, since no one wrote, I just kept off my PE untill i got my EQ back.

I am now gladly PE'ing again

I have changed my routine once again tho. (Same routine, just without the pumping)
I guess i will try to start pumping after my 90 marker. (Got a bit scared when i lost my EQ a bit, think it was from over training maybe )

Will keep you all posted

Well, not that I'm experienced and I'm certainly not experienced with pumping, so it take this with a grain of salt.

Certainly reduced EQ can be a short term negative and a sign that you need to take a break. BUT if you don't feel any pain and your flaccid measurement and erect measures are up, you must be going in the right direction. Again, not experienced or anything, but patience is the key I think. Don't push too hard and don't get discouraged because you couldn't push as hard as you thought you would.

Heh, gaining .2" in girth is nothing to sneeze at, and I think you should enjoy your success while keeping your goal and safety in mind.
