Just completed my first workout day. It went pretty good for the most part. These are the exercises I did:
Hotwashcloth for 8 minutes
20 shakes
stretch to the left while doing 25 kegals
10 big circle in left and right motion
20 shakes
stretch to the right while doing 25 kegals
10 big circle in left and right motion
20 shakes
stretch out 25 kegals
10 circle stretches
20 shakes
stretch up 25 kegals
10 circle stretches
20 shakes
50 jelqs
30 v jelqs
50 jelqs
30 v jelqs
50 jelqs
30 v jelqs
Hot wash cloth for 8 minutes
I am a bit skeptical about this whole thing but I am hoping for the best. I also have one concern regarding one of the exercises. I don't really feel that I am doing the v jelqs properly, does anyone have any pointers? V jelqs are for girth right? So which is the best girth exercise I could do to replace v jelqs? (I know theres a list of them on the site, I'm just asking for an opinion

)
