Default Warm Welcome to The Man's LOG

HI GUYS(AND GIRLS)....Hi, and welcome to my log! I'm NOT really the man, i am just not creative and that was the first dumb name that came to mind. BUT, who knows, maybe in a year, i will actually be the man(with an eight inch penis). Haha, anyway, i'm starting a log so i have a nice organized place where i can track my progress. At this moment, my stats are below(in my signature), and i've been doing PE for a little over a week now(six sessions). Right now, my penis is very small, BUT it seems to do the job, because i have a nice upward curvature and some pretty good EQ(no reason i shouldnt, im only 23). Regardless, i am embarrassed about my flacid length and length in general. Also, my penis sticks straight out about 2.5", making it nearly impossible for me to wear certain clothes which is completely annoying.
So, in conclusion, my goals here are for about 2" in length, and about .5" in girth, but most of all, a fuller, more downward angling flaccid state. Ummm, also, im very optimistic about PE, because already, in ONE WEEK, i have noticed a nice increase in EQ, which has actually led me to gain about .3" when fully erect!

Hope you guys will stop by once in a while, thanks for reading my first LOG post!

Ok, so my routine is VERY basic, hence my second week. I do exactely as JP's routine says to do, no more, no less, i follow it exactly. On that routine(mainly from kegeling i think), my penis has become about .3" bigger(AND when kegeling while erect measuring, it can get up to .4" bigger). I know, sounds weird right, but i think it is due to my amazing jump in EQ, which went from 7.0 to about 9.8 in the first week, i doubt my EQ can get much better.

BUT, there is a big problem! My jelquing seems to be not working at all. Heres what happens. I warm up, then i stretch, and after stretching, my penis looks awesome, and is nice and long and soft, sometimes about 20% engorged with blood, and it seems to be very healthy and ready to go. BUT, then i get to kegeling, and my penis seems to shrivel up right away. Its a HUGE struggle to keep my erection above 30% while jelquing. And also, immediately after i let go of my dick, like when im done jelquing, my penis hangs nicely for about 10 seconds, but then it shrinks back to normal size, like i hadnt done PE at all today. Seems to me like stretching is VERY effective, and my PI's are good, but kegeling just may not be for me. Im looking for length here anyway, so who knows?? Any suggestions guys?? THANKS!

So, is it possible that maybe jelquing just isnt the right exercise for me?

Try just the "V" Jelqs. This should keep your erection levels up.

Do v jelqs work the side penis veins, or the bottom one?

Ok, so after a week off(due mostly to lack of privacy), im back and starting again....so this will technically be my third week of PE....ive been doing some research all week, and definitely feel i got much more out of my session today than previously.....did my v jelqs way more effectively, and had a nice full hang after the session....anyway, im going to moderate JP's beginner routine a little, and do as follows:

15 min warmup
10 mins stretching
(50 kegels while stretching 5 second hold)
10 mins jelquing-6 regular, 4 v jelqs, but at 8-10 seconds each, instead of 4 i think he says to do.
2 minute light warm down stretch
15 min warm down

also, changing from 2 days on 1 day off to 3 days on one day off(masturbate on off day to check everythings working properly)

Whatcha guys think???

Looks like a good routine except for one thing. When PEing you must allow your penis at least one days rest every few days. This allows it to recovery from the workouts and to rebuild, ready for 3 more days workout. This is especially important for beginners because their penises aren't as used to the stress. With this in mind I suggest you do nothing on your day off, including masturbation. Keep this day completely free. You could find time for masturbating after the session on each third day, before the free day.

Thanks Big Tom, good advice, makes complete sense

Also, keep in mind guys im going for length here, not so much girth(for now), until i get some length gains...of course, i wont be mad if i get some extra girth, i just am looking to get more length than girth, thats why ive increased stretching time, and jelq stroke time to 10 seconds.......do these seem like good approaches to increased length for beginners?(im three weeks in)
