Exercises:
  • Intense OK-Jelqing
  • Stretching (mainly fulcrum and rotational)
  • Inverted V-Jelqing
  • Long Edging Sessions (with Cock Ring)
  • Light Clamping

Notes:
  • I had newbie gains but they disappeared with lack of consistency.
  • ALL of my current gains have occurred in the past 2 months.
  • I credit the intense OK-Jelqing and Edging for the recent gains.
  • Inverted V-Jelqing at law erection levels really targets flaccid size.
  • Edging with a cock ring keeps your post-workout flaccid really big.

No, I don't really warm-up anymore. It doesn't seem useful to me. I'm gaining without doing it. I personally don't think it aids in gains at all, it just helps prevent injuries. But I have gotten really good at knowing my body and my penis so I know where my thresholds are. I don't cross them so I don't get injured. Don't take what I have said to heart though. I might be the lucky one that doesn't really require a warmup. I would always advise people to warmup! I personally just don't do it.
