Hey everyone! I am making this log so i can observe my progress and gains in PE... i first started in july 09. I bought exercising the penis as a gift for myself to improve my unit. i started with 6.5 bpel x 4.8/4.9 eg. After 4 months i was 7.2 bpel x 5.1 eg. after 5 months(present time) i am now 7.4/7.5 bpel when i have a raging hard on. I will now focus on girth exercises.
I just did edging after my workouts for the last 5 days of workout. and i must say that it really helps with the girth. It feels plumper, heavier, and it retains more blood for a longer period of time.
I overtrained last two days and caused a blister on the underside of my shaft that is 2mm big. Gud thing that there are gud veterans in this forum that has gud advice. I wil now take a week off to heal and see what happens. But there is a moral lesson in this story. DONT OVETRAIN!!! This lesson will be forever scarred in my head.
