I have never been interested in flaccid size. When I scope out a guy, I am looking at his whole body and fitness. I look at shoulders and chests and butts, things you can assess through clothing. I agree with Batwoman. Most women, notice other things first. I notice overall fitness, eyes, smile & butt are the things I pay attention to. I have never dated a guy because I checked out his "bulge" or lack of a bulge first. Each of us have different preferences of what we like & desire.
