O.K. Waited for all the smoke to clear. Men do tend to blow smoke up a women's..Uh..well, you know. So, now that you've been properly welcomed, you'll see that it's like stepping into another dimension with the Mod forum opening for you.

You'll find us to be just...well...a bunch of regular people that come here to offer our time to guide those new to all of this, the proper way to do the exercises, post correctly, practice their spelling and grammar, meet new people, some of who will become life long friends.

The existing mods and supermods can nominate forum members they feel would be a useful addition to the moderating team, that nomination is then presumably passed on to the admins for consideration
