Hi Guys, How do I post a pic within my post as opposed to an attachment. 'Insert image' asks me to insert url??? DO I need a webpage with my pics on? Im going to start a pictures thread once I know how and other people know how.

Right click the pic you want to show the forum . Choose properties from the box that pops up , then copy the top box "pic url" , proceed on to the forum and when the text box pops up hit the yellowish "add image" icon and paste the url you copied earlier. Your pic will appear where ever the cursor is at the moment you hit ok . So practice and youll get the hang of it.

ah sweet, right im gonna try start a growth pics thread. However three of my pics were too big so had to zip them. These dont open in a url, how do i add these?

First you have to upload them to a pic hosting website . An adult website , then follow the process. Just google adult pic hosting and pic one.

Your welcome .Had a look at your thread , damn good idea. But you need a lesson in fixing pics , want some help? Use this website , hit the upload image button . Upload the pic needing work , then select from the toolbar to brighten,darken,contrast,red eye etc...Picnik Heres your pic from your thread , with exposure fixed. Good luck

Il log onto this site soon I think and do that. However I cannot view the improved photos you did for me?? I will need some help fixing the pics, i may be away from the gym for a couple of days however. ive started a new thread called 'Pics of gains' in the success stories area. Is this the one you viewed? Be good if you could add similar if you have it or if you know of members who may wanna help out with the pics area let them know. Really want a good sample of gains
