hey i would like to share with you my objective of joining this site ..i never took it seriously but from past 2 days i have been visiting this site and i think it could really be helpfull,im getting married in 1 months of time ,and i need to come up with much more improved sexual implementation as i have being facing some flaws with my girlfreind which she never mentions but i know..my major problem is premature ejaculation and need to improve my length.
Im looking for a professional whom i can stick to sincerly for this 1 months time..i can provide my penis picture or video to show and tell if im reallly doing it correctly..

please i would be really pleased if i can get help,waitng for an reply

Contact big AL, he does personal training has a lot of knowledge and gets good results.
One month isn't a great deal of time though.

As an addendum to my previous post, I suggest you start a log in the progress log section. That way we will keep an eye on you and the penis guru's/masters/sensei/lords etc will be able to give advice where necessary. Its always good to have more than one person watching your back, and thats the great benefit of this community.

Also you shouldnt be looking at what you can do in one month. If you have reservations such as those you mentioned. The good news is that your are in the right place and have all the tools at your fingertips to conquer those issues. The bad news is that it is going to take time, effort and practise. Forget a month, if you gain, say an inch or so and improve on your premature ejaculation in say 18 months, I'm sure you would look back in 18 months time and think, "my god, how happy am i that I stuck with it"

So make sure your goals are realistic and you wont lose confidence.

The best advice I can give you is that you want to use light force and stay relaxed when you do your stretches.

Relaxation is key. If you can't stay relaxed while you do your exercises, then chances are you are using too much force. Trust me on this one, less is more.

Second piece of advice is if you find yourself starting to turtle, you overworked yourself and your body got freaked out. Try to relax and do very light stretches and jelqs until your penis relaxes.

After a good workout you want to make sure your penis feels like jelly, not flaccid and stiff. If you don't warm down properly you can start to cramp up, hence turtling and you probably won't have much of any gains. After a length workout I usually do a light stretch every minute or two for about 10-20 minutes until I feel that I've completely warmed down. Then for the rest of the day I usually do some more light stretches every couple of hours. This approach seems to improve recovery time dramatically.
