Well unfortunately my friend I am currently working on that. If you read my post carefully you will see I haven't started any routine yet (not until 4-06-09). I did however start kegels every other day.
But as to what I wrote I was basically explaining what I hope to get out of Penis Exercising ( kind of my story up until now). The reason I haven't started yet is because I want to detox a bit from alcohol. Well maybe I could if I know that there was places like this, or at least similar to this that I could have learned from. And over the years she has I guess become accustomed to my short comings and has lost interest in having very much sexual relations period. After all, what I bring to the table she could just help herself. So I am currently here, not only to bring back my youthful self, but to bring more to the table than she could ever expect. I know this could be a very up hill adventure ( sense I have done unsuccessful and dangerous PE techniques for a beginner. Like stretching with weights and pumps without any guidance or pressure gauges, and absolutely no warm-ups ) . So I hope I answered your questions if not, feel free to ask. I write how I would speak to you so I know it isn't proper English to say the least (I was not very good in that subject when I was in school). But if I would speak with you you would understand by how I would phrase myself while talking it truly would make more sense. I hope I answered your questions if not I will try to do my best in the future. Thanks again for reading!

I started PE mostly to improve my EQ and hopefully gain some inches along the way.Im all about gaining an extremly resilient and functional penis.If I get minimal gains oh well Ill have an average size penis or alittle above that I can keep rock hard for hours...thats what counts.

I started PEing becuase about a month or so ago my friends and I started the game from "Waiting..." in which we get another to see a nut/sick trick unintentionally and then some rules apply... w/e.

Anyways, we all noticed that 2 of our friends were especially hung and when we finally asked them both they said they started PE-ing at 17 (they are now 18/19). Among the 6 of us i was 3rd largest but they both beat me by 2" respectively. I was also insecure when i first had sex (not much since lol) at 16 (2 years ago) and thought i was rather small (although i now know i am average). So basically i started to show off and up my self-esteem.
I started in March 2009 so am now on my 4th week but have gained 1/5" in length and am hoping to be 6-1/2" or 7" by the time i start college.

I hope to trump my friends and have them be like "WTF?!" when i overlap them lol. Also gonna try to do it again with my 1st (we only did it once and it wasn't too well) and see her amazed raction. Wish me luck!

I've just shorten your post, but none the less I got your sentence, cheers we are both poor in English, this definitely a topic, pleasing a girl with your ol' buddy. You can start edging now and ballooning wile detoxing your self, you already pumping those BC muscle and PC muscle, nice, start taking supplement or drinking.

This PE exercise are so similar to stop technique giving your penis a chance to recover from sensation, But edging was the best so far.

My girlfriend and I broke up a few months back for a small time (about two weeks). I thought that I just wanted to be single and mingle, she was not into that at all! Ironically, though, while we were broken up, I got NO action. But she did! Apparently one night I drunk called her and she was so upset she couldn't get back to sleep, and someone was texting her -- some kid from her Sociology class. When we got back together we came clean about every detail that happened. Sort of silly that I was the one who wanted to be permiscuous but the exact opposite happened.

She ended up going to this kid's house at like 3am to "watch a movie." She later admitted these weren't her intentions (obviously) and that she specifically went there to hook up with him. I'll spare the details of what happened, but to hear it made me nauseous! I'm not the jealous type at all, and I trust her with every fiber of my body, so I consider what she told me basically as if I'd been there watching. The images were messing with my head for months! He had such a huge dick that -- while giving head -- could put as much as possible in her mouth (a deep throat attempt, I imagine?) and still wrap two hands around it, one on top of the other. I'm assuming this kid has like a 9" dick, or bigger! To add insult to injury, she went into great detail about how (from her experience) most long dicks are skinny or oddly shaped/hung. Maybe she only want to piss you off and let you learn your lesson... Girls sometimes do that. Your right some are humongous, but if ever the story is true, smile your girl still at your arms, that is a proof that your girl love you more than your dick, but you can still engage in PE just to gain and please her in return... You are a man of wisdom, epsilon! I know my girl's not as shallow as that, but you are right! Who would be like "I can train and get a 9" dick naturally? Nah, no thanks!" I am a personal trainer and pseudo-bodybuilder so I know all about dedication and hard work paying off in the end; as well as the mechanics behind microtrauma and cellular hypertrophy (which I always theorized was true, then stumbled upon this forum and I was like EUREKA I was freakin' right!) I plan on beginning probably Monday after developing an ironclad routine.

But, actually, being on the topic, can anyone tell me what the rice sock is, and how this is a viable warm-up? I was planning on takin a shower, but that costs me quite a bit in electricity if I don't plan on exercising immediately after every shower I take.

Jelqasaurus, I would be more than happy to answer your question. And from your first post, don't believe her; it's all about mind games, and that's a high school level trick girls would try to use to make you and your penis feel minute. You don't need that.

I have to say this time and time again, because it's very important--everyone must know this: Do not enlarge the size of your penis for anyone but yourself, because if you're happy with what you have, keep it. My brother knows PE works, I tell him about it all the time. Still haven't told him about the inch I gained in girth yet, but he refuses to PE, because he's happy with what he has, and that's all that matters. Read this article Big Al provided, it's very true. Just like it's very easy to find out what a woman is insecure about, same thing applies to men.

With that being said, if you still want to continue with PE, then sounds like you're doing it for the right reasons. Here's all the information about the warm up in remek's guide. The sock gets wrapped around the penis, I also wrap the head completely to trap the heat inside. The idea is to warm up the tissue and speed up the molecules in the penis. This is similar to stretching before lifting weights in order to prevent injury. I use a flax seed sock, thanks again PEsG, because the seeds in flax retain heat longer than white rice.

You sound like a dedicated individual, I'm sure once you get started, and stick with your path, you will be well on your way to sex-godam.

Personally I have size 16 shoes and very big hands. I occasionally run into a woman who will remark on this and I'm tired of having to say that unfortunately what they say is not true.

Most people seem to be able to gain 2" over a couple years which would put me at 9" BP.

Then I would have a different response to those remarks.
