I've been interested in PE for a number of years. I didn't start getting serious about it until I met my current girlfriend, whom I'm going on two years with. She's told me several times that she loves my dick because it "fills her up," but she's never called me big. I read an article in a Cosmopolitan at work one night that said when a girl tells you that you're just right, you're too small for her. When she tells you that you're big, you're just right. And if you're huge, she doesn't have to say anything. You'll know. After reading that, I became self-conscious of my size and hearing "you fill me up." As most of you probably know I'm just beginning my PE here, and hope to improve my BPEL of 5.25", and EG of 5.5".

Well of course, being your typical high school guy who is insecure about his size, I started to research different forms of PE, until I stumbled upon jelqing. I read several articles online, then finally stumbled upon here...I spent my first week or so doing just stretches, then another week with jelqing, no warmups. And that leads me to here, and I now have a program I'm following after.

I started dong PE to straighten my curve in the penis. I've always had a good average size, but had received a few chuckles in the past about the curve. So I started looking for a manual/natural way to help my situation. I came across this site and said "this is to good to be true". So like every skeptic I just had to try it out for myself. I really did not care about the increase in size, just the the fact that there was a potential way to fix the curve for good. Well six months later the curve is just about half way gone, and my penis is plumper, longer, and hard as steel. I have gained 1 1/4" in BPEL and 5/8"+ to 3/4" in EG. My wife is very happy with the recent changes to say the least. My long term goal is a 9" x 6 1/4". I have not had allot to say until now. I consider myself a humble soul who seeks to "understand before being understood". I see people having the same concerns that I used to have in the beginning. This moves me not to give advise ( leave that to the pros ), but a shoulder to lean on when I think that maybe my trials and tribulations with PE can be of some support or comfort. Furthermore I can support the fact that PE is real and here to stay. It has been life changing for me! Good luck to all and I look forward to future threads to reply.

What type of exercises did you use to obtain those results double down? Hanging?

Just the basic routine of stretches and jelqing for the first two months or so. Warm up 10 min. Stretch out, rt, lf, up, down 3 x 10sec for each Jelq for 10 min. ( aprox. 300 strokes ) Head work 5 min. Warm down 10min. Week by week I increased pulling pressure, time, and sets to my stretching until I got to 20 min. I also increased my jelqing week to week until I was up to 30 min. So this basic routine started with 35min and I worked up to a little over an hour. Now I have slowly ramped up to this new routine which is great. Warm up 10 min. Stretch out, rt, lf, up, down 6 x 20sec for each and added kegal to stretches Jelq for 60 min ( aprox. 1500 strokes ) added hard kegal ( aprox. 700 ) before every other stroke and erection level at 75% (be very carefull) Head work every 300 strokes for five min. until done ( 30sec sets ) Uli and Horse every 600 strokes for five min, until done ( 30sec sets ) Warm down 10 min with quick kegals until done ( one every two sec ) I can't believe this routine has got me the results you see. I am very committed and have never givin up! I keep a positive mindset and take it one day at a time. Who knew we could all grow a perfect dick of our liking. Good luck I hope this helps.

I have only posted a few times, but I read the forum almost every day. I started PE exercises about 1-1/2 years ago, I joined this forum last April, I had belonged to another forum, I will not mention the name, with little success. I started PE because I had ED, my penis was getting shrinking with age, & not being able to use it.About the same time as starting this forum , my doctor put me on Androgel Pump. I started doing the recommended routine & taking supplements. When I joined here my FL was 3.25",FG 2.75",EL 5.25",EG 4.25", now I measure FL 5.00",FG 4.25", EL 7.25",EG 6.00". Some of the length growth was from losing 50 lbs.,but for the non believers my girth growth was not due to losing weight. I did not take pictures, because all I wanted was to cure ED, when I started. I did not start PE to grow my penis, I just wanted it to work again, it started working slowly after starting the gel & the exercises. I do not know if the exercises would have worked by themselves or not, but I do not think the gel would have worked without the exercises. I was taking Cialis with little help, now I do not need Cialis. I have morning wood every morning, some mornings my penis is a little sore, I think from being to swollen for awhile,but I do not mind about that, it works. I have to go back to the doctor next month, I think he will lower my gel dose & wean me off of it. I have started taking the recommended supplements to raise my testosterone & I can tell the difference. I take green tea extract & I actually have more hair on my head than when I started PE & Androgel. When I was younger I was always hairy on my chest, over the years I lost most of that, but now my wife says I could pass for an ape if I did not trim the hair. I saw someplace that it helped raise your testosterone to trim your body hair, to make it regrow. I wished I could remember where I saw that, so I could post it. I also bought a Bowflex to work out with to get into shape to help raise my testosterone naturally. I think my success is from using the recommended exercises, supplements, following doctor's orders, in other words covering all the bases. Now I do not intend to quit PE exercises, it is just fun for me to see what I can do now. I think EL of 8.00" is within reach, something I never even dreamed of when I started. The best part for you non believers, I am 65 years young. Take care & keep trying it will get bigger. |

I'd posted this elsewhere when this forum was still very new: I started in '99. I do not recall what time of the year it was. I'll tell my short background story. Maybe posting it here will keep me from having to re type it for a while. LOL. Basically, I had never had any real thoughts about my penis. I mean, I knew it was there, I loved playing with it. When I hit puberty just like most men, I masturbated. Very frequently until after high school. However, size was never a second thought. I never had concerns like "am I big enough", "do I measure up", "how do I compare to other men", "am I average", etc. It all actually started...my PE journey that is, purely out of a whim...a natural curiosity after seeing the movie "Boogie Nights" starring Mark Walberg. For those who have not seen the movie, it's a very loosely based story about the porn star John Holmes. He was reported to be anywhere from 10"-13" depending on who you asked/believed. After watching the movie, I wanted to know more about the man himself....not so much about his penis. I got online, started searching for information about John Holmes, and some of the search results turned up things like "bigger penis", "penis pills", and a COUPLE sites marketing "programs" that could supposedly make your penis bigger. This was in '99, so there really were not very many such websites just yet. I became intrigued. I'd seen pictures in encyclopedias growing up of people from different cultures with huge, stretched out lips, and earlobes. It seemed possible. I wanted to know more, mainly to satisfy a natural curiosity. Again, I didn't care about the size of my penis. I stumbled onto a website hosted by a guy going by the name of "Brandon Reece". His site had a chat room. I joined his site so I could talk to some of the men who were supposedly using this guys' program. Come to find out, many of these men in the chat room were claiming to have made their penises larger. I also found a now defunct PE forum on ezboard.com. That's where now infamous names like "Big Al",and "BIB" got their starts. Long story short, I was hooked. I began learning how to jelq, and do simple hand exercises. After seeing my first 1/2" girth gain in about 2 months, I decided to see if I could continue to increase my size. I have always had a very 'on again, off again' routine. I've had nothing but positive experiences since beginning this venture. The sub culture of the online community has always been great, and at times very entertaining to be a part of. I consider PE another form of "body modification". |

may as well post this here. i am 18, still a virgin, and am starting PE as i want to finally lose it in style next year. i first heard of PE way back when i was about to turn 16. i grew concerned over the size of my unit after reading a famous e-book about why penis size matters. it was condescending, rude, and basically belittled the majority of men out there. i felt denial at first, that my average penis was enough; but the more i read into it, the more i actually began to realise their point - penis size DOES matter. the surveys on 'ideal' size seemed like inflated bullshit at first, but looking around women's forums seemed to prove that it's all true. they really do like it big. of course, bad experience stories also drove me to worry. but a part of the book stood out - there was a section about what can be done: surgery, pills, pumps, creams, and of course PE were all mentioned. the author confirmed that all of them were bullshit, except PE which he said increased his size by .5 inches but gave up due to "a lack of interest". i thought he was pretty fucking stupid in that regard, but i thank him for showing me the way. one thing led to another, and i soon found thunder's place forums. i actually have a membership there but i never posted once - it's probably a great forum, but i just found it a bit cluttered for my liking. 2 years passed, i took no action. i even told friends about PE and how good it sounded. i look back on all that as a huge wasted opportunity as i am now at uni, taking a computing class with (surprisingly) some of the most beautiful girls around, and i think one or two have shown a bit of interest judging by the way they all stop talking as i walk by. i'm not exceptional - i'm about 5 foot 10" (still growing, hopefully to the Goliath-like height of my father and all the other guys in my family), the temples of my hairline are going back a tiny bit already, but i'm not bad looking I don't think, even being described as "movie-star like" and handsome at times. so now i feel it's time i want to get my life on course. i'm doing stretching exercises to straighten out my horrible posture and hopefully reach 6 foot tall by my early 20s, i'm doing something about my hair at an early stage even if it's not bad at all, and now i'm PE'ing and often hitting the local gym. you don't have to be exceptional to get anywhere in life, but I feel that as long as there's truthful info waiting on the internet, i owe it to myself to improve my body in 2010.
