I thought this could motivate a lot of us new PErs. I'd like to see some of the people's success stories (please be honest, your only fooling yourself if your not, after all this is the internet). I've heard of some people gaining 2 inches in length.. that's life changing.. Post your success stories. |

I start from 6'EL. Now 7.4'EL I am very excited but be prepeared to put this routine for a big time in your life because after you make this gains you are very anxious about how the hell you will manage to keep them....Another problem is to be addicted to gains as i was.Start serious PE is a big decission.... |

i've gained 3/8 in a month, but now thing started slowing down now.i really hope i could gain around 2 inch or so,you is right ALMOST this shit is a life changing to some peoples.i know this stuff work, but i dunno how long is gonna take to reach our goal...alrite good luck to all PEers..

the key to success is to work with your mind not your hands. Rember this.the key is your mind.You sould use it with wise in order not to take any damage and bring it as a goal.When you make your self understand that you need to make gains and you need this very very much then your body will hear your voice and will make your penis bigger.The truth is that you must let other things down such as reading or working or smt else because it needs many time and great power.Make your self understand that you need this gains more than everything and i am 99% sure that the gains wiil come.By saying ok enough of PE for today i will do 2 days after this day because i have other things to do you will not do anything.It is better to stay constantly in your program for 1 month and rest after than breaking your program.(i dont say to workout every day but stay in your program and not break it even for 1hour or 1 excercise less) |

Had ED, ED sucks it makes you feel like a eunich. A lifeless half man, thing walking about in a limbo. I discovered thunders place looking for a remedy for some other problem. When I started PE with my 5.5" BPEL i really did not care if I got a size increase just wanted to get woodies again. I lurked about thunders for 3 months just looking at the pictures. Did not joine the forum until January of 2005. When I did joined i had already gained a half inch. And my erections were great. I had been working on my dick for the previous 3 months with out much succes. I was jelqing wrong. Not comepleting the jelq. One grip should be near the glans while the other is rising up the shaft. Two hands should be on the dick at all times through out the process. I measured once a month. Later in the year I joined Betterman. I think that maybe thats where I picked up on then "V" grip jelq Although Icalled it the "U" grip jelq. From January to March of 05 I grew two inches. Then I got a horrible illness and was to weak to do PE for about a year and a half. Picked up on PE again in September of 2006. Then added aboout another 3/4 of an inch. I alternated the "V" grip jelq a bit. Started doing the "V" grip udside down and ran it accross the top side of my dick. Then did the underside of my dick. 20 "V" grip jelqs across the top side followed by 20 "V" grips across the bottom. (formally known as "U" grip) Sometimes I ould repeat this over and over and would often do up 800 jelqs. This would take over an hour because Ijelq slow. Now i just do about 40 when i do do it. Then Iwould follow the PE routine with an edging session. I often alterante edging with ballooning. Now I enjoy doing Supra Slammers and 8 fingered squeezes when I edge. Get PE and masturbation in at the same time. I no im bigger than I was before I stared PE. Becuase when I would jerk off when I was younger I cauold not get both hands around my erect penis. Now I can wrap both hands around it and about an inch and a half sticks out at the top.

I have had ED for years[due to blood pressure meds] and still do because I am not doing my kegels like I should. Instead, I went to the health food store and got something called vigor max. It works amazing after 30-60 minutes. No excuse for not doing my kegels. For over 25 years I used a plastic 6" ruler to measure my wood. I always got to the end of the ruler-6". Since doing PE I had to buy a 12" ruler and now after 6 months I have gained 2 and 1/2" length and 3/4" girth. Don't know why I got such good gains at first[they are slowing down] but I did post my routine on page 43 or 44 [I think] of the "introduce yourself " forum for new members if anyone wants to see it. By the way, I have nothing to prove and no need to impress a bunch of people I will never meet. My reason for being an active member of PE Gym is motivated by the excitement I feel from what I've accomplished. Everything I've written is true. Now I just want to keep progressing, learn from others on this site, and help others if they need it. |

Hello Kingpole-I'm 47 years old, proof that age is not a barrier to gains[maybe a boost to gains?]. Your theory on jelking sounds interesting-if you find 40% works better than 100% erection that would be a big breakthrough for the members to use. Honestly, I have done no jelking my first 6 months-all my gains came from a basic stretching routine, with a few of my own modifications. I wrote you about my slight injury with uli's, and on your advice, will take a month off my routine and will take gingko biloba. When I get back to it, I plan on adding jelking to see if this will spur on new growth. As a bodybuilder, I find periodically changing my workout routine prevents plateaus, and brings new strength and muscle gains. I listed my pe routine on pg 45 of the "introduce yourself" thread if you want to see it. Thanks again for your advice on how to deal with my uli injury. |

Hey everyone, I'm new here and posted my first questions in the beginners forum. I just started on this program and am looking forward to sharing my gains. I always love to inspire people and I'd like to grow from 6 inches in length to 9 inches in 2 years. So I'll do my best without hurting myself and I'll keep everyone posted (hopefully) when the time comes. So if you remember my name, maybe you'll find out that I've grown 3 inches in 2 years...Wish me luck! I wanna surprise everyone! ESPECIALLY my girlfriend! Haha
