When I started out. I practiced P.E. 24/7 for the first five months, never missing a day. Then I cut back some because I was gaining so rapidly that I freaked out that I would end up with a foot long dick. (What would I do with that???? ) Nowadays, after five years (going on six), I practice P.E. whenever my cock is plump (flushed flaccid). This could be daily or every other day--rarely less.

lol maybe this means newbies could gain better with everyday pe. everybody is different but if your someone who doesent get injured easy like me i have never been injured while doing pe no matter how long or hard i did the routines lol it could mean that they would gain better from more than less. |

Going... Your an true inspiration to me and Ive dedicated a lot of work to understand the mechanics of why certain people gain a lot "fast" like you did. Ive read a lot of your posts about yourself and I combined the knowledge you provided with Red Zulus theories and my own to make "The 3 section" stretching theory. The power of PE lies in the grip. I myself gained quite good when I changed my grip ![]() Your information has contributed a lot to my own progress. And also Thanks for being a good example of "getting old with style"

Can't wait to hear your results, Lazy. Keep us updated. As far as my recent progress goes, all of my measurements, (flaccid stretch excepted in which case I can get it to 10.50"), seem to be falling into the 9.5" erect by 6" girth category. My computer has been misbehaving and I just got a thorough update on my security system, so I'm hoping I can upload and post a couple of dick pics. I'm losing weight and with the diabetes, my goal is 178 lbs. I weigh 189 at the moment. I have good muscle mass, so 178 is really thin for me. I want to see whether my fat pad will have diminished at all at that weight. (I have a one inch fat pad). Then I'll take some pics of my body and dick together and post them. I want the older gentlemen (and younger) to know that with advancing age and diabetes (if controlled), and with good nutrition and exercise, and the right mental attitude, you can still get a stiff dick (11 o'clock for me) and have a good sex life at any age. Long live P.E.!! Whoohoooo! I had a fun time at the pool last night. My bulge is ridiculous (in my speedos), (I try to swim a mile a day), and the young (and old) women were busy oggling me. I loved every minute of it. "Can't stop! Won't stop! Why stop?"
