Default My History and Routine

Guess it's time I posted my history with P.E., my present routine and a bit of my philosophy about getting a bigger penis. First of all, I fell into P.E. kind of by accident. I had lost my rock hard woodies and was sick of taking Viagra before sex. That is when in August of 2003, I started surfing the net for as much information as I could gather about P.E. I was large to start with, so I was not looking to get a bigger dick.

I spent two months reading as much information on P.E. as I could find. I lucked out in that I must have downloaded a couple hundred pages of information, printed it, and studied it thoroughly before beginning a routine. I never joined a P.E. site at that time.

One thing I have learned along the way is that I have to approach P.E. as a long-term (for me a life-long) commitment. Some guys gain fast. I did. But a lot don't. But like anything, you get out of it what you put into it. I can only share my experience. It may work for you--and then, it may not. It's all about trial and error.

I do know you have to adjust whatever routine you choose to follow to your own interests, your own life situation, and what seems to be working for you. Take what works for you and leave the rest is my motto.

I started out with jelqing and kegeling--that's it. I did a ten minute hot wrap warm up before each wet jelqing session. (I still do). And I never missed a day for the first four to five months. I started with a fifteen minute a day jelqing/kegeling session, upping it to half an hour a day after a couple of weeks--then forty-five minutes a day--then an hour a day by the end of the first month. I didn't break it up into shorter sessions throughout the day until later on.

I gained a half inch the first couple of weeks--which motivated me to keep going. I also started waking up with these massive rock hard woodies. Whooohooo!!!

Holy shit! I could not believe my eyes. It had been many years since I had experienced these kinds of erections. My dick had been only hitting nine and ten o'clock and here it was at eleven o'clock!! I was off to the races. (to be continued).

I gained nothing during months two and three. But I continued to increase the length and intensity of my workouts. Here is where what I call an "act of faith" comes into play. I had this idea in my head that although I saw no further gains, that I would gain if I kept at it.

BUT I EASED MYSELF INTO P.E., SO I WOULDN'T INJURE MYSELF. THIS WAS PARAMOUNT FOR ME. I DID NOT WANT TO HARM THE ONLY DICK I HAD. THAT IS WHY I HEEDED AND STILL HEED THE WARNING: "IF YOU FEEL ANY SHARP PAIN, STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING!!"

At the start of month three, I added the stretches to my routine. I did not cut back on the jelqing and kegeling, though. I just added another half hour to my routine, so I was up to almost two hours a day--which I continued throughout months three, four, and into month five. It was during this period that I started to gain rapidly--going from (an estimate) of 7.75" BPEL at the start, to 10.50" at the end, (tape measured lying down). I was lucky as well in that I had the time and space (I was not working and noone was home), so I did not have to worry about being interrupted. This was extremely important to me because it allowed me to be in a complete state of relaxation.

Then I cut back a lot, foolishly, because I was freakin' out that my dick would just keep growing. Of course, my gains at that point were not "cemented," so I lost half of them--length-wise, but not in girth, which I have kept to this day. My original girth was (an estimate) 4" flaccid and 5" erect. I gained a full inch to 5" flaccid and 6" erect. I now sport a 7" by 6" flaccid a lot of the day. The girth is at the base, by the way. My mid-shaft girth is a quarter to a half inch less, but my glans girth at the corona is about the same as my base girth. So my dick is pretty much cylindrical, which I am delighted about. It does seem to be deeper than wider based on my side view pics. My glans is 2" wide by 2" long--a bit more when I'm at my hardest.

In recent times, I have been focusing on multiple stretching/edging routines more than my usual wet jelqing so that my dick has gained new length in the BPEL department as well as in flaccid stretch. I am back to 10.50 inches (tape measured) after an edging session upon awakening in the morning. This is lying in bed.

I'll discuss my present routine later on.

This is pretty much my story. I'm still at it after five years (last month). I enjoy the youthful feeling and the energy I get from P.E. (I turn 70 next summer). Of course, I also enjoy a much more active sex life and the all around improvement in my health and general outlook.

I know I have more energy now thanks to P.E. and my libido is incredibly strong for my age or for any age for that matter.

To conclude, here is my take on P.E.: Be patient!! Don't hurt yourself!! Don't be too eager for fast results because I think this is counter-productive. And think of P.E. as a life-long commitment. I do.

Relaxation is the key to gains. Even stealth PE can be relaxing and stress releasing. PE should be a stress releaser.

Kingpole, you've always been right on target with your experience and your support, for me and for many others. God bless you. I awoke this morning with a 6.5" girth at the base. I'm getting back to my old dimensions. The 7" base girth is not far away, I know that now. Remember when?

These days, I have a great flaccid hang, which surprises me because the weather is cold for this time of year. Today, I hung at 7.25" by 6.25" each time I measured it--most of the day. When I hang flushed like this is the best time to push my temporary gains.

So tonight, after a brief stretching warm-up I was able to pull my dick out to 3" above the belly button. That's a solid foot. When it's in this stage, it doesn't retract or turtle when I pull it gently straight down my right thigh.

This is my new gauge. You need one stretch that you can measure each time the same way to avoid inconsistencies and I'll use this one from now on. "Can't stop. Won't stop. Why stop?" Whooohooo.

Yesturday I hung about 6-6.5. Today im not so lucky. Don't know why but I seem to be hanging at 4" today. Maybe I over did the PE. Had some intense sesions with those Tunica tugs two days in a row.

The great thing about these measurements, Kingpole, is that we'll get more and more of the 6" to 7" inch ones, and fewer of the the 4" ones. I agree with those who say the penis has its own memory, like other parts of the body. Eventually it will "get it." Our penis: "Oh, yeah! I forgot! I'm usually 7", not 4"!"
