Just want to let you know (OK, brag ) that I measured myself last week (after no PE for 1 week and no "fluffing" myself, just my normal 50 second erection after viewing porn) and I couldn't believe my ruler! I kept re-measuring, using a different ruler, looking at my original post here, my sticky notes I made, my word file I use and every single one said I went from 6-3/8" to 7-1/4" bone-pressed in 60 days. That's 7/8" and I was conservative when I 1st measured (rounded up to make it harder to gain) so this is a solid gain me.
AND...most importantly, I RARELY PE more than 2 times per week. Sometimes 3, then I had 2 1 week vacations where I couldn't.
I knew something was going on when for the 1st month, I could never Jelq correctly: My hands are large man-hands and once I stroke up my short shaft, I can't grab any penis below my hand cuz there's no shaft there! So I started jelqing downward (thanks guys) and that helped a lot but I found myself jelqing normally hand-over-hand again. I just thought my "technique" somehow improved. I never thought my shaft lengthened by almost 20% and that's why I cand jelq with longer strokes.
My girth measures the same but I'm thicker somehow too. My little flaccid is also longer and my tight balls hang like I was 19 again. Never had a negative PI, I love to hold my stiff cock and see almost 2 inches sticking out of my hand, like I'm holding someone elses, not mine.
You can read my thread/log to see my routine and how I tweek it slightly. I've discovered so many things in the last few weeks that work great and I'm hoping for another 7/8" by years end...I'm just being positive. My stretches are done after a short almost meditative body relaxing so I'm not fighting the stretch. My end-of-session ballooning incorporates long slow 1 handed jelq's (not really masturbating but even more pleasurable), I don't cum every time: about every other. I enjoy holding that "fullness" for a few hours. Side To Side Stretches & Tunica Tugs done properly make a difference too.
Thank you all for this site and the exercises.
