Default My Success so far after a few weeks

Hi guys,

Just want to let people know that first of all my main issue is not about adding length or girth, I am happy with my penis, its size and how it looks and whilst its not the biggest in the world me and my girlfriend have a healthy sex life etc... so why am I here? well its the health aspect im interested in. Recently over a few years I have had very slight ED in that my penis does not fill out completely when erect and although its penetrable I am interested in excersizing it to help me.

I believe I have quite a 'plyable' body, I am active and I can gain muscle overtime quite easily, so why not do this in other 'areas'??

i would like to share with you guys that only after a couple of weeks of doing the basic training shown on this forum, stretching, jelquing, and kegeling my erections have improved and I am confident that this is going to help me maintain good shape. I am exercising consistently.

I am not concentrating of the main goal of increasing size, although if this happens then im not complaining!

I know a lot of you guys have different goals to me, and I think its great, to add to this i want to point out that health is the most important and that should be the first priority on any exercise.

fuck health.When I first started PE I used to say to myself If my penis is going to be this for all my life and my confidence is this I would never be what I wanted to be.So I used to say I have nothing to loose and I am going to make it bigger or nothing.Hopefully It became biger.xaxaxa.Now when I PE I say that this size is very good and I am what I would like to be a big dick for girls so I wouldnt risk to take any damage in order to grew a little more so now my PE is a little bit diferent.

Well I must admit I know what you mean Papaki. I too used to feel very much like that, thats when I decided to hell with the risks, I would start hanging. But after a few weeks I would get to bed after hanging for a couple of hours (in 20 min sets of course) and my unit would go numb and shink and feel cold and kinda "dead". Sometimes I would feel aches and pains in the ligs too...and I was following a very sensible starting hangers plan. This was when I realised even with my depression due to my size I still could not through the safety card away totally. I hope I can find a balance between risk and reward!
