If I throw out edging, my routines have never taken more than 25 minutes...NEVER. To me, that's a serious bargain. 25 minutes a day to make your dick bigger. Honestly, is that asking a lot of your time? No. Even if you only have 10 minutes, 10 minutes of solid jelqing and/or stretching is all you need to add some size and improve your penis health. And it's all FREE.

Yea these last few days I've been jelqing for only 15 minutes and I feel an excellent workout. These past few months, I might have been over-working my penis jelqing for 25 minutes, 6 days a week. My EQ (erection quality?) has been down except right in the morning upon awakening. It boggles my mind how some spend hours stretching or jelqing there penises, I would think that would be extremely counter-productive to producing gains.

I believe that, ultimately, it is counterproductive. For example, stretching too hard seems to have reverse effects because it actually hardens the tissues.

Hi PEsuccessGUY , It's been 3 months since I read your post and followed it.

Let me tell you my past pe experience , I started out at 5.5" nbp and with an only stretching routine I jumped to 6.3"nbp . Unfortunately , I became lazy and lost my gains and went back to my original size and I stumbled upon your post.

So 3 months later ( 14 may) I've reached 6.1" nbp following your routine but with 5 min jelqing time instead of 10 Min. Since that day , I upped my jelqing time to 7 min and I couldn't resist to measure today and I only gained 2mm . Is that because my erection level when jelqing is too low ( flaccid-like) , or jelqing time is too low ? And I'm getting red dots by the way don't know if that's somehow good or not.

Thanks for your guidance.

o man...o man......i jst can't wait to c my gainz.......i've been tryin PE for 2 or 3 weekz...bt had a break in b/w.....

Great post. I had been exercising my unit for a week then stopped because i was too busy although i saw tiny gains which made me happy. I am 18 and feel like we share a similar story (although the school never knew my size). I am like your size when u started and am hoping my fate will be similar. You have inspired me to keep at it thanks man :]. Ahh... i am one week in since my 2 month break and am confident to continue it from now on! WOOO... wish me luck.

They are common, but they are a common Negative Indicator. Don't be too alarmed about having red dots, but if this is a common occurence you need to reevaluate your workout plan and change something.

Just so nobody hurts themself, I felt I had to clarify. You Don't want to overlook red spots.

Personally, I never get red spots and believe that's your best bet.
