That just means...keep your flaccid as plump as possible. When you go take a piss, stretch it out a bit. Do some helicopter shakes. Keeping your flaccid stretched out and elongated helps with the overall PE process.

Luckily, nothing. I'm not convinced of this theory, but I tend to believe that people who do lighter manual routines require little to no maintenance to cement gains because the actual routine seems to act as a cementing routine at the same time. I could be wrong.

I'm about to restart as well.

Hi PESG I love your story. Your starting stats are close to mines and in my first two month the growth is almost identical. I have a curious question. Why do you think you grew more in weeks 3-6 then in your first 3?

PE takes time before it begins working. You notice some good effects right off the bat but gains can take time. I do think I gained steadily and consistently because I stuck with what was working and I never overdid it.
