Less IS More. I only train 3x a week and I receive great gains. Doing more than 4 serious workouts a week is ridiculous. Using foreign objects like weights and clamps are ridiculous. Your penis is a sensitive vital organ. It's not a slinky to stretch and squeeze to the extreme.

Back in college me and my roommate competed to see who can lift more after a month of working out. We started out typically the same but we had completely different workouts. He would do chest/triceps one day, and biceps/shoulders/back the next. I worked out my entire body moderately for 3-4 times a week. Who won? ME!

Take it easy, you have your dick your whole life. No need to rush because you might jelq your head off!

Yay, The Bends rocks Try Ok Computer after that (if you haven't already)

Recipe for 110% erection:

Get a 100% erection (normal full erection, you gotta be horny and turned on, obviously)

Perform a Uli for 20 seconds. Kegel blood into your penis while you Uli. Let go, and stroke your dick a few times like you would during masturbation.

Perform a Jelqing Uli (Do the Uli and then with your other hand, jelq slowly and with a moderate grip) for about 30 seconds, shouldnt be more than 5 jelqs.

Perform a mini jelq (at the middle of your shaft, squeeze with an ok grip, and jelq with your other hand.) its similar to a normal jelq, but its not at the base of your penis, it's mid-way. Do this 6-7 times.

Kegel throughout the exercises.

repeat these steps as many times as you need. Your penis will engorge tremendously (Only do this if you have completed the 90 day beginner routine)

I did all this in front of my girlfriend and I achieved that rock hard 110% erection level. She was really impressed and while we had sex, she was screaming like never before.

Also, edging/balloning will engorge your erection even further.

I still need to take normal measurements though...

Yep you described Supra Slammers, they are both good for length and girth. Caution though, you can lose EQ quickly if you over do it. I would keep this to only two or three days per week.

jesus...Radiohead, how do you actually increase your EQ by doing those? Uli's kill my erection...it takes me 45 seconds to a minute to get back to a level where I can actually perform a Uli again after I do one...Kegals also kill my erection...

I remember when kegels used to kill my erections. It's a psychological thing. You gotta be aroused when you Uli and erect kegel. Watch some pornography maybe? Get your girlfriend in the room. Your 100% erection is an aroused one. That's when you wanna Uli.

Your squeezing to tight, try a liter grip and kegel in some blood.

well I still went from roughly a 90-95% erection down to a 60-70% erection after my Uli's today, but I did use a much lighter grip. I also kegaled some blood into my penis beforehand, then placed my grip...and WOW! much more intense! I really liked that! Felt like I really got something good out of my Uli's today!
