Been peing properly for about a month and it is going well. Erection quality has gone up a fair bit, as well as morning woodies. Noticed new veins at the base of my penis also looked a bit more plump. I started at 6 inches NBPEL, 4 inches midshaft and 4 1/2 inches at base. Measured after a month and was pretty stoked with the newbie gains. Went to 6 1/2 inches NBPEL, 4 1/2 inches midshaft and 4 3/4 inches base girth. Since then it has been about two weeks and im still noticing my penis is looking even bigger. I am starting out fairly slow and going to work my way up so as not to exaust gains to early. Everything seems to be going better. |

Hey man my routine is pretty basic, I do stretches down up left and right. I also push my penis in the middle when I do it so I feel a good stretch. Jelq pretty much a hundred times once in the morning in the shower and after work in the shower, so total 200 jelqes. Kegeling I do 100 short and fast, 50 with 5 second holds plus 2 second release, then one as hard as I can for 60 seconds after that. Kegeling routine is all at once. Stretching everyday, kegels pretty much 5 on 2 off depending how the muscle feels and jelqing is also 5 on 2 off depending on feel. I think kegels are a great exercise which helps EQ, makes the head bigger and also provides more blood flow. Gonna keep making my kegel routine more full on as I think it is underestimated. |

Wow thoes are some amazing NBPEL gains not much people measure like tha on this site. I'm hoping to have similuar gains, your success is definately motivation for me to continue my PE advanture. Thank you Jim and keep up the good work.

Great inspiration thread, both.. Jiminy and jayhawk... PE is an addiction, also this community helps ALOT.. I think i would never started doing PE if i just read aaron kemmers book. I love this site, I think 1inch lenght and 1inch girth is quite possible in 6months if im very dedicated and observant of Positive/Negative PI's. my penis will be atleast 7" / 5.5" before 2011.. No maybe, it will be
