I have gone from 6.0" not bone pressed to 7.1 not bone pressed and 7.6 bone pressed. (I never used to measure bone pressed) This shit works boys! It has taken me about 5 weeks or so. But to be honest I started to suspect last summer that your unit could be stretched and I started on intuition only doing some intermittent stretching. I have been 6" for as long as I can remember but I believe I had some gains this summer/fall to about 6.25". I measured myself today with another incredible morning wood and if I follow the slight upward curve with the tape measure I am now 7.25" not bone pressed. I like the upward bend so am training to keep it. I must admitt the new girth and length is alot to keep up and believe the curve in toward my belly will help that and also think it is a good thing for meshing with a woman. I believe wearing brief underwear all my life kind of kept things turtled up and I think that my quick gains have been due to releasing my potential. I can only guess. I am 40 years old and do work out, eat healthy, drink some and smoke never. I believe eating raw veggie juice has to help. I juice carrots, cabbage, kale, colrahbi, beets and greens, arugala and popey's favorite - spinach, yeh, it has got to be the spinach. .I can't imagine you guys training for hours on end but can only talk about my experience. Seems like a waste of time and would destroy my unit. Mine responds like others have mentioned on this site and less is more. So the one exercise I do to work out the base of my cock, I grab it at about 1/3 shaft, up from the base and slide down to make it extra firm (like 1/2") and then kegle, it use to be 10 reps but now it is like 20 kegle reps per cycle. Do you guys call this Uli's? So my routine is 5+ min of heat pack, 40-60 wet jelqs with oil (concentrating on not getting a full blown woodie) - it used to be like 20 reps. Then some Uli's (I believe) maybe 5-10 cycles. Then I get in the shower for some V stretching maybe 20 passes and some straight up pulls up to 5 times or so. Then wash and massage. After towling off I do another heat pack on my unit and quickly put on my long briefs. I keep the blood flowing for an hour or 2 by keeping it warm and masaging it a few times during that period of time. This is my full blown workout. I maybe do this 2x per week. So the day after a full blown work out I may do some Jelqing and light stretching and then take a couple of days off with only piss stretching etc. When the dull ache goes a way then it is back to a full blown work out and then a follow up day. BTW, I never stretch down or to the side and always Jelq straight up not out. Thank you for this awesome site. I would have never figured this all out by myself. Sandman: How often do you jelq? What level of erection do you maintain for jelquing and how long is each stroke? Also, can you explain the way you do your Ulis? I still don't have a massive hang unless "warmed up" in a hot tub etc. but still around my girl, yes it is impressive. ![]() I jelq for 10 min a day and 4 days a week max. Dude, I've been at it for a month and have gained 1/4 inch. It's still too early for me to be completely certain it isn't only from improved EQ, but I don't think so. Even when I don't have a raging hard on, it still feels and looks heavier. I'm now at 6" NBPEL and 6.5" BPEL. I didn't do a girth measurement today, but it looked thicker.
