I would strongly recommend you do JP's routine. That seems very good for girth. V-jelqs are wonderful for girth according to PEsG. So give that routine a shot. Also try to have each repetition (regular jelq 2 strokes, v-jelqs 3 strokes) last about 8 or more seconds if you can. Slower jelqs will hold that skin and blood up there longer. Make a progress log as well, so both you and members on here can track your gains. Happy I could help! PE works, just gotta give it some time.

butt: You're not gaining. What's that mean? You're most likely doing something wrong. Since we don't know your exact routine, here are some ideas: Check out your PIs. Are you doing too much? Are you doing too little? The PIs can help you answer that. Get plenty of rest (but not too much). Finding the right balance here is key. Many men, especially beginners, tend to go overboard. Don't jelq too fast or rush the exercises. Just like in gym exercising, proper technique is vital. If you're doing the exercises with a half-ass mindset, you're going to get half-ass results. Lots of good advice here. Listen up. It does sound like you started out half assed, but you are coming around to a better routine. There is so much information to digest, but I suggest you do a lot more reading, especially of the routines of the winners--that is, the long-time veterans who have made great gains, for example, Jon-Pop, and the routines of some of the newcomers as well. You should also approach P.E. more methodically and slowly as suggested by Remek, reviewing your negative and positive Pi's, etc. Give time, time, I always say. You're in too much of a rush. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither is a bigger penis. Your positive Pi's sound terrific. Take them for what they are--evidence of significant advancement. Good luck with whatever routine you come up with. One suggestion regarding the warm-up--make it slow and deliberate, fifteen minutes or so. Keep reheating the hot rag and applying it until your dick is really pumped and filled with blood. THEN start your jelqing session.
