I need to see some results before i keep doing this. I've been at it for a month and all i notice is larger veins, and MAYBE some length gain.

Did you measure yourself before starting? You look at your unit all the time so it may not appear as if it has grown; however, if you had measurements you may realize that you have gained 1/4 of an inch or more. I started a little over 3 weeks ago and made sure i measured myself several times. I felt as if i wasn't growing but measured myself 2 days ago(rest day) and realized i'd grown .5 inch in EL .2 EG. The reaction of my ex earlier today helped confirm it. Don't give up yet try taking measurements so that you have a reliable way to track your progress.

buttheadyeah,

This is your second post ever, and in that you said, "couldn't see pics." From this it is apparent you have yet to start a progress log on here to track gains. That's the purpose of them, it is so you can compare your initial stats (pre-PE) to your current stats (post-PE). Your eyes are not an accurate judge. And if you doubt that this will not work, then it's not going to work. The mind affects a lot of our body.

What have you been at for a little over a month? What was your routine? Detail out specifics and I'm sure we can find out the root of the problem. You could be overtraining, undertraining, or doing something that's hindering gains.

Man these are gains, beleive in it.. Maybe? thats for sure, start measuring and measure again after two weeks.. Keep it up

Let's take an inch, for example, which is what many folks gain in a year. Go grab a ruler and look the distance between the beginning (point A) and the end (point B) of an inch. Now visualize taking a whole year to draw a line from point A to point B. Catch my flow? PE, more than exercising the penis, is an exercise in patience and determination. For now, your focus should be on developing proper technique, which is the best path to guaranteed gains.

Listen to W.M.P. Baby steps. The first thing you do is learn to do the exercises correctly. Then over a period of many weeks, you increase the intensity of the exercises. When the routine you are doing, no longer is giving you gains, this is when you incorporate more and more advanced exercises. It takes time. I almost quit after my first 2 months because I didn't see any gains. Now, here I am 6 years later with a huge dick. Stick with it, devote yourself.

Default My one month experience

Ok its been a little over a month now of jelqing. I get up every morning and warm my stuff up with a warm rag and then after a few minutes or until the rag is cold i apply cocoa butter as a lube and im now at about 200 jelqs even more sometimes. The first day i started i just jelqed pretty hard for 30 minutes straight and i had a donut dick and red spots so after 3 days of healing i started at 40 jelqs and now have worked my way to 200 or more jelqs. Havent had any injuries since the first time. I also have now tried the Uli technique at night or squeezing top and bottom of penis simultaneously and pumping blood back and forth. I also do kegels every other day or whenever i get time. I didnt measure when i first started but i do notice, like i said before, bigger veins. The veins are a for sure "improvement." two large veins on either side of my penis start from base and go pretty far up. Those were never there before. Also i remember my penis being small when flaccid now it's much bigger flaccid, but to me that doesnt really matter, not what im jelqing for lol. All i know is now i measure 6 inches erect, and It looks like maybe I increased in length. I dont have a way to measure girth so I'm not sure what my girth is. But besides the veins i cant say i really see improvements, but the 6 inch length may be?? It does seem a little longer, but now i know after a month its 6" erect. I'll have to post again in June, but if i dont see any improvements by then im gonna stop. I really want this to work. Right now i only have a long measuring stick that i use so it's hard to get girth measurement. I need one of those plastic ones that can wrap. By the way, i take 2-3 days to rest.

If you have a shoelace, which most do, then you can measure girth.

As for your workout, what exactly do you do? Just warm up and then jelqing? No stretching at all, no warm down or cool down? From what you have so far, I would say your workout is too intense. I would try one day on and one day off and see if you notice a change.

Hey thanks for the shoelace idea I'm gonna try that right now to keep track! Sounds stupid but i would have honestly never thought of that lol. And i usually take a warm shower for a cool down, and maybe i am being to intense? I dont have pain but i'll try just 200 jelqs.
