Default My EQ Success To Inspire Those With Low EQ

I wanted to tell you guys my story and hopefully insire you guys who are suffering from low eq.

I'm 20y.o. since I was 16 i knew somethin wasn't right with my erections at the time I thot maybe I just masterbated too much and maybe that is the reason. EQ was always good enough for sex but I knew it could be better.

Fast forward to today, I've tried everything from kegels, refraining from sex/masterbation for a few weeks at a time and supplements such as l-arginine, zinc, tribulus, yohimbine, dhea, and even levitra. I had limited success and attributed my low eq to low hormone levels which several blood which verified my levels were low. However since I was so young and some blood tests show my hormones in the normal level doctors refused to give me hormone replacement therapy.

My best erection would hang slightly below 9o'clock and be hard enough for penetration but soft enough to bend slightly with no pain.

A few weeks ago I found this website . . And read as much as I could. I decided that for now I was going to concentrate on kegeling regularly. . As I mentioned I have kegeled in the past, but not regularly. .

The kegels showed slight improvement but nothing amazing. I figured it was just something that's going to take time. .

Kingpole reccomended that I try erect kegels. . This is where my "success" story began. .

Since then (not even a month ago) I've been dong mainly erect kegels. . I came up with the following routine and my eq has greatly increased. During sex I now hang between 9 and 10o'clock and my erection is stiff enough that I would not be able to bend it at all. . I now also bottom out on my girl nearly everytime we have sex. . Before I could bottom out if I tried, but now I bottom out even if I don't try (it hurts her, but makes me smile )

My routine is something I came up with on my own and open to suggestions by the experts but basically I do

5 sets of erect kegels. I masterbat to full erection and kegel holding each for about 5 to 10 seconds for 5 reps then I do my next set and again and again for 5 times. . I rest in between each set for about 30seconds

I do this 5 sets sitting and then 5 sets standing

Once a day, 2 days on 1 day off

I also do some non erect kegeling.. no specific routine. Maybe when I'm laying down and remember ill do some quick pumps just whenever I feel like it, but I attribute my success to erect kegels

Congratsssssssss AJ nice to see the wonder of PE..^^ Keep it up don't hurt your girl to much as to inflict pain, but hurt her to inflict bliss..

I'm not sure if its bigger, I know I'm in the range of 7 inches that's all but my g.f said it hurts more lately so I know its hitting deeper than usual

Hey man, I've got no room to brag (yet)

I've been doing my homework, about to start the 90day beginner routine. I learned about L.O.T today, now when I'm stretching out I kegel or after?

If I kegel while I'm stretching my lot is about a 9o'clock

What is this "turtling" I keep reading about?

Sorry. Forgot to include this in my last post.

How does the other exercises improve EQ? I understand how kegels improve eq, but not stretches and jelqs etc.

Lastly, based on your professional opinion. How likely do u think it is that I can hit 8inches? I know there are soo many factors here, but I guess I'm just looking for a little motivation

Turtling is when you over do it (PE) and your and your unit crawls back into it's shell for a while.
