    Well.. To start out. I started at 6.5 ( 6 1/2) 1 month ago and my EL was at 5 1/2

    Now my EL is at 5 5/8 and my BPEL is at 7!

    This month was straight hanging. I used to use sizegenetics/Bathmate but completly stopped as it seems hanging is the way to go. And I didnt want to overdo it.

    My hanging at first started at 2.5 4x20
    And im slowly progressing up. I can definatly feel the soreness.

    Ive noticed a curve down to the right. So I might start using the sizegenetics again.. I guess the curve came from gains?

    So does my new 7 inches of bone pressed EL mean that is my true size penis?

    What was your routine to gain so fast? 2.5lbsx4sets of 20 mins each?

    I know man. Some wierd shit happened.

    Ive been using the size genetics for 6 months. I could only extend to about 5 5/8 - 6 inches untill I hit pain.

    After 2 weeks of hanging I could extend to 7 inches... No pain.

    I really do believe hanging pulled out my ligaments and streched everything out.

    I first started at 2.5 then bumped up to 4.5 then 5.. Im at 7.5 now.

    I know I kind of rushed the weights, but I wasnt feeling a proper strech or anything. So I added weight safely untill I felt a proper strech without any pain.

    Is hanging generally considered to be quicker than other methods then?

    i've heard on this site that to should stay away from hanging until your penis is more conditioned(6 monts minimum). Not to provoke or anything , just saying

    Excellent job Heat97 - keep up the good work!

    For others reading this: I have spoke to Heat97 via PM on several occasions. From speaking to him, it was clear that his suspensory ligament was pretty tight to begin with. Ligaments are a very good source for quick gains, as they will stretch much easier than the tunica. This is likely the reason why his gains were so quick. Gains at this rate aren't the normal, and unfortunately they don't come for very long when they do hit, as ligament gains are fairly quick to maximize.

    You probably have read this on the site. However, the view on this is rapidly changing, with many newer PErs having good success with a safe approach (starting low in weight and adding a couple pounds per week max). Most of the newer breed of hangers don't really believe that there is a conditioning phase needed for hanging, as there isn't a whole lot you can do to condition yourself for it. Having said that, I still personally believe a person should try to get their newbie gains via methods easier on the tissues of the penis before moving to hanging - the reason being that hanging really toughens things up (which is why you won't continue to gain if you remain stagnant at one weight), so why toughen up the tissues any earlier than you have to? I think Heat97 did things right - he got some pretty serious extender time in before realizing that gains were all dried up. He then made the move to the more aggressive hanging.
