    The libido of an 18 yr old and a much higher than average level of cardiovascular endurance from years of cross country running, wrestling, hiking, biking and whatever else makes me breathe heavily. I could probably hold an erection all day if I was properly motivated and had a whole day to walk around with my dick out. Actually, I may have to try that

    Started 2/2/12. Data in cm (No Change last month) Probably did 3 workouts in April
    BPEL: 17 -> 20 NBPEL: 16 -> 19.5
    MEG: 15 -> 16.5 HEG: 14 -> 16.25 BEG: 16.5 -> 18.5
    From 6.7x5.9 -> 7.9x6.5
    From ~275ml -> ~395ml = ~43% volume gain in a year and 3 months!
    Goal=500ml=+81%

    I've been doing PE for about 10 years but only had success for a short segment of time. Doing something similar to weighted towel raises was when those gains were made, so I can see how you've made success there as well. The muscles that push blood into the penis can definitely be strengthened quite a bit. And once you are able to do that all the other aspects of PE kick into high gear.

    so you have come to the point that you can force yourself to do it?

    looks like i've been watching too much porn, i need some sort of stimulation.

    i have really good cardiovascular endurance too, i workout 3-4 times a week, and play long hours of full court basketball. i've very fit and active.

    nice post. I've been doing pe for awile now. more gains in girth then length. but I notice red and purple dots on the head of my penis. I guess I over do it sometimes. they go away after a day
