Apologies for the delay in response, for the amount of force I use, well I generally apply enough to really feel the resistance. In other words it can be uncomfortable but never to the point where it is painful or seriously uncomfortable, it's hard to explain that exactly but I would say you should just really feel your way through it, if you are bending and it feels like a sharp pain you have done it to hard, but if you don't feel a bit more than slight resistance than you are going to easy.

Again flacid bends are still the only girth part of my program, I did those for three months as part of my routine and added an inch in girth. Not saying it will work for everyone but just thought I would toss it out there, I would advise that if you are new to doing it that you start just bending for 20 seconds in each of the four directions and increasing as necessary.

If your penis is already conditioned you might start at 30 or 40 seconds in each direction and progress as needed. Hope this works for some of you guys who haven't been gaining, and to emphasize something that has been brought up a lot lately, I do my warmup for about fifteen-twenty minutes as hot as you can tolerate it without burning the skin.

Thanks for the reply Seraph, I have been doing 2 sets of flacid bends every other routine (less than 1 month into PE). I have been applying about the force you describe. I also bend in multipe locations on my shaft in every direction to make sure the expansion in even. I can really feel the difference after doing flacid bends, I hope to see the gains you have.

Thanks again,

Hey Seraph, about what erection level are you at when you do your bends?

Sorry for the delay in response everyone, but to answer I do my flaccid bends fully flaccid though I suppose a really low erect level wouldn't hurt but I am not certain. As to how many sets I do, currently I do two sets of 35 seconds in each of the four directions, keep at it men and the gains will come, sure as the sun will shine tomorrow.
