Im just at the end of 3 1/2 Months and I have made some great gains. I have gained 1/4 in length and me EQ is great. At times I have even seen a little over a 1/4 with great EQ. My girth has not gained but I figured that it takes time. I would appreciate and suggestions you guys might have about what to do to my routine to change things up and keep growing. Current Routine 15 warm up 2 sets of stretches 30 sec in each direction 20 JIA 100 Wet Jelqs 50 V Jelgs 5 min cool down Thank you guys in advance!

Maybe increase your reps and see what happens. The fact that you didn't gain any girth in 3.5 months bothers me. I'd change my jelging routine, go more strenuous and more reps.

I will tell you in the beginning at least for me nothing gives girth like flaccid bends, I've been doing them since day one and have gained an inch and a quarter in girth, and I have only been doing PE for about four months.

Seraph, How much force do you use when you do flacid bends? The link to instructions above doesn't indicate how much force to apply, I am guessing something less than the force of a regular stretch but more than just bending with no tension. Thanks

Yea I was wondering the same thing being I do A-Stretches and this kind of seems like the same thing. The only difference I would think would be less tension?
