I'm with you. If training gets to be too much or negatives start up then I back off. Have seen gains (now at 7.5 x 5.5) but more importantly are rock solid EQ, no pain and long performance. These are the most important to me. Long term growth and penis health is the plan.

I can't believe what some guys do to their dicks eompow, and it really makes no sense when you think about it. The want it "now" and that means "right now" world is full of people who just don't stop and think before leaping off and making a huge mistake. So what if it takes me 5 years to get my 8"+? I've got my 7+ already and I can't lose unless I screw it up. LOng Term Health and Conditioning indeed is the way to go.

"Long Term Health and Conditioning indeed is the way to go." I love it. I love it, P.H. I started out extremely slow and with great care! I ever so slowly eased into a routine. I had only one dick and I was not about to ruin it for a bigger one. I just wanted my rock hard woodies back. P.E. has done that for me. The rest is gravy, frosting, whatever!!
